I visit this place at least once a week. It's the best I've found in the area. It's reasonable, it's quick, and the equipment does a decent job of removing highway grime. Sometimes I do the $12 full wash, sometimes I do the $5 basic wash and finish the missed areas. I'm never disappointed, plus the free vacuums do an amazing job. Thanks!

I paid for the Ultimate Car Wash thinking my car was going to be clean but when I came out of the carwash there was still a lot of dirt stains on my car. Thankfully one of the workers allowed me to go through and get another car wash for free. That was very nice of her

Came to the drive through on Saturday afternoon and there must have been at least 10 cars in the drive through lanes waiting on a wash. Even with so many cars we were exiting the wash within 7 minutes. The employeea were very professional and friendly. Definitely will be coming back every week! Keep up the great work!

They are always friendly and do a great. There's always someone at the pay machines helping pick what I want and swiping my card so I don't have to try and awkwardly lean outside my window. My car is always shiny and clean afterwards, no bird poop or anything is left behind. Thank you!

Horrible water pressure, barley any soap and over priced. Go elsewhere(update to reply of "Constant" water pressure. It pulsed so bad that it left rows of dirt Mark's from being unable keep this constant pressure, even after going over this spot 4 times and getting 2-6 in away with the spray pattern.

Rude employee .. My car was damaged going through ya’ll car wash last Thursday. I Finally seen ya’ll investigator Today. I forgot his name but he ‘s a heavyset red hair guy  . He told me that y’all didn’t cover damages on vehicles older than 10 years . Camera Trickery was used on me today by the investigator . He asked me could I read and walked me to a sign right next to the Garage washing entrance that have the rule on what the car wash don’t cover . I asked him how a customer could see this in their car because once a person get close enough to the sign in their car their windows are being soaped up by y’all employees. At that question he mumbled under his breath a racial word . I asked him could he please repeat what he said . But instead he apologize

I go camping frequently and come here to get my car washed and also pay for the interior cleaning/vacuuming. The exterior car wash area is great, but my issue is with the interior services they provide. This past visit was so poor that I had to come on here and say something. After camping and driving on dirt trails, I am always left with a fine layer of dust on my interior surfaces, but you can't miss it. They cleaned my doors just fine, but didn't touch my entire dashboard area, steering wheel, or the middle console and cup holders. There was definitely no way you could miss the dust right in front of your eyes. I don't know if the worker completely overlooked it or was just being negligent in his duties, but there needs to be some kind of standard or checklist to be followed and enforced if there isn't one already. I shouldn't have to come up behind them and tell them how to do their job. Not only was this main area completely ignored, but pink cleaning solution was spilled in my cup holders and was not cleaned up. My trunk wasn't even vacuumed so I had to tell the worker to vacuum that spot(I ALWAYS have to tell them to vacuum my trunk every visit). I think I only had one time where I was completely satisfied with how they did the cleaning. This is very disappointing because this car wash is conveniently located by my house. The only reason I am not giving it 1 star is because the exterior cleaning and self service vacuums are fine. I will continue to use those basic services, but I will now go elsewhere for any type of interior cleaning.

The Experienced Was Good For The Price! Washed and Waxed for $34 Dollars. I Had to Point Out to Them The Truck Roof! It Was Not Waxed? Attention To Details! They Left the Front Bumper Untouched as Well? I did myself when I noticed it at Home. Nevertheless, It is a Good Place to Get Your Vehicle Clean for a Good Price!

Not bad, typical price compared to other competitors. They sprayed the front and back window but didn't manually scrub them compared to some others so that was slightly disappointing. Also the wash left some soap residue on the back window that dried and left soap scum marks. The rinse could be done a bit better. Vacuums were powerful and there are lots of them.

Had to put car through was 3 times on a 16 dollar wash has it misses whole passenger side .and still left dirt ..very poor car wash. they lost out on another car wash i did that one by hand ..saved myself 16 dollars

Would have been 5 but after my BRAND NEW car just went through and got a foot long scratch on the door, the manager said she “inspected the whole tunnel” and she “couldn’t find anything that would have done that”. Awesome. Unfortunately now I’m going to take my cars somewhere else cause it’s really frustrating when they are not willing to hear you out that you literally just walked around your car before going in. Fml thanks.

One of the better but not best car washes for value in Killeen. Did not fully clean car but the unlimited wash is a good deal and you can ask for a rewash. What it would need to set it to the top are free microfiber towel stations and the pressure hose like the Todays Car Wash on Creek which I consider to be the best car wash around Killeen. Second being Galaxy Car Wash

I like that the vacuums are and they work great!! 29.99 for the subscription to get my baby washed as many times as I want a month. Saves me $$ on my water bill. They have detailer if you need for extra charge and worth it.
