This is a family run repair service who are very good at what they do. They do professional repairs for a competitive cost and a lot better to deal with than the bigger main dealers. They will always quote you first for the work and will keep you informed of its progress. The staff are always friendly and polite.

Fast, professional service at reasonable rates.
A nearby Peugeot garage offered to replace my front shock absorbers for over the double the price that DP Motors charged!
In fact, the total cost came in lower than the initial quote by £7. And even the initial quote was well under a plethora of other local mechanics I received quotes from.
Very happy customer, will be using DP Motors again for any required work.

This family run business has always responded quickly to little emergencies and have been friendly and efficient at all times and their rates are extremely reasonable. I have recommended them to friends who tell me that they too get a great service from D & P.

Didn’t even get to use them, I called in to ask about prices and the guy on the phone was very unhelpful as well as quick to cut me off whilst I was speaking. Was so quick to hung up the phone without answering my questions, made me feel un-valued, such a shame for business, nevertheless that’s they're loss, was able to find a more reliable company to give business to.

Exceptional service. I brought my car for service and M.O.T. The owner Mr Pepe advised me on changing my brakes as they were quite worn. He quoted me a price before carrying out the work..I picked up the car nice and clean throughout and it drives like new again. I have recommended this garage to many friends and clients of mine.

AVOID!!! The problem I initially went into fix was resolved, however outcome another issue and the car had looked like it had been taken out on a track day, was clean when I first took there.
Workers are lovely people, but the old man ( owner of the place) is very rude and stuck up. Just a money hungry and greedy.
For the prices you pay, loads of other local garages who provide faster, better and respectable service... again AVOID!!!

Excellent service. They fixed a windscreen wiper damage on an emergency as the car was not safe to drive in the rain without it.This was done at very busy time just before the Xmas break. Moreover, they helped me deal with the Nissan warranty team. Honest, reasonably priced, understanding and overall excellent service. A very happy customer.

Excellent service. I had my full service on my Car and received the car back in brand new condition. I have regularly recommended DP Motors to many of my customers and they have come on site to repair tyres and pick up broken down vehicles at very short notice. They will always go out of their way to try and fix your car in a thorough and friendly way.

Been here a number of times, they have fitted me in last minute and have been really helpful. Very happy with the work done, the price is very competitive, quality of customer service is high and most importantly they come across as very honest. Highly recommended local garage that I will continue to use for the foreseeable future.

Well, my sons car failed an mot on a sticking nearside wheel cylinder.
I took it too DP motors and asked for amongst other things, 2 new handbrake cables to be fitted. The car needed new rear brake cylinders and brake pipes along with a oil and filter change.
DP managed to do the job but didn't do the handbrake cables which I was advised needed replacing by the mot garage.
Now I phoned the garage to ask why they hadn't done the cables and ended up giving up on the conversation as the owners son new best. Now he could of said the cables are fine and don't need doing or he could of said sorry we didn't do them let's book it in again but no, he just started being antagonistic and so that's why I've rated him 2 stars. In summary they've done a fair bit of work for reasonable money but didn't do what I asked for and didn't offer a solution which I would of happily paid for.
Having just read your response which made no sense at all and is total nonsense I conclude you don't enjoy your work.

Amazing! The guys were lovely and were really focused on customer services and satisfaction. They fixed my car for a fraction of the price quoted at the other place. It was all done and dusted in one day and at no hassle to me. They were very honest.

A family run independent garage focused on customer satisfaction and value for money. As with many of us I have spent years looking for a decent trustworthy garage to service my cars, with little success experimenting with both main dealers and independents, and always feeling like I had been ripped off or not given the respect a customer deserves. D P Motors is different, they really understand the importance of personal customer services, with clear communication on works to be carried out and costs involved, all completed very quickly at a reasonable price. Bad customer service. Owner was very rude to my wife and me. He did not listen to us. They are learning from your car. Best avoided them.
My ford fiesta 2013, problem was switch assy – Ignition. My breakdown service (AA) takes my car to the garage, he also diagnostics the problem, but the garage owner did not listen to us, he changes the total ignition lock cylinder. They charge for part £90.64 + labour charge £99 + VAT £37.93 = £227.57. Problem wasn’t solved. After that they change switch assy – ignition. They charge £35.39. for this job, they took 3days. They waste my time and £227.57 changing wrong part. Best avoided them.
