Staff were really friendly, helpful and professional. I was given regular updates throughout work being done and felt well informed. I waited in reception while my car had an MOT and it was clean, everyone wore a mask and kept their 2m. Would highly recommend! ????

I haven’t used a local garage for years so thought I’d give Barnet Motor Medics a try given the great reviews. I’m very happy with the full service and MOT. A few issues identified but I was well informed of cost before work was carried out. Being local to the garage meant collection and delivery from my house was included. BONUS!!

I have used this garage already 4 times for one of our family cars. Kiran was always been a pleasure to deal with, starting from the phone quoting to taking care of me and my car, from arrival to explaining the bill before payment. I highly recommend Barnet Motor Medics and with my impulsive car buying problem :) they will have a long term customer with me. I feel like I am going to a mates garage, because they already know my car's history and I always ask for advice for other cars that I will be taking to them, as well. ,

Very helpful throughout the process of my service, they accepted my courtesy car from a third party company for me so it was ready when I dropped my car off for its service. I couldn't collect my car on the day they had finished the work so they locked it inside their workshop over night for extra security. I had only booked in for a service but had a faulty parking sensor which I notified them about and although they couldn't get the part they needed from the car manufacturer they did a temporary fix themselves at no cost to myself.
Really happy will definitely come here again!

Although the mechanic is good - Beware of Money ripping owner.
Unjustified labour charges.
Charged £246 for just replacing spark plugs in my car. No remorse or guilt for ripping off customers money as customers are their mercy in case of emergency. My car was jerking and easy diagnosis was fuse at fault but still forced to do the full diagnostic -£75. Other garages standard charges are £45. On top of that said £75 labour for replacing spark plugs which is unbelievable.

I am classified as extremely vulnerable for covid and they arranged to pick up in a very efficient and helpful manner and made the exercise as covid compliant as possible. I will use them again.

Be caution when booking MOT at this centre. They seem to attract customers by advertising low MOT cost, but the 'devil is in the detail'. They will rip you off with exorbitant cost to fix minor issues. For example my MOT had 3 faults i.e 3 bulbs and 1 to fix handle, they calculated total cost as 150 pounds for all, they gave big explanation stating that they have to remove seat and fix ii and then do health and safety check and blah blah blah .I asked them to return my vehicle with out any fix. I fixed all the 4 faults by myself within 10 mins and with materials costing 12 pounds. Now tell me 12 pounds and 15 minutes for which they were charging 150 pounds. This is how they rip off the customers. Just be caution while approaching this so called clinic.

I have came back from a long Christmas Home Land visit, directly to a self-quertine of 10 days, when I've discovered my MOT is about to exprire in a couoe of days. Googled for "MOT servcie near me", left my details with Barnet Motor Medics, they have called after less than 10 minutes times, schedualed someone to come by and pick my car a couple of days later and return it in the afternoon. All in All 35£. VIP SERVICE.

Ordered a tyre with Blackcircle and had it fixed as Barnet Motor Mechanic. Although there was 2days delay with my original booking, when it finally arrived at Barnet Motor Mechanic, it took no time to have it fixed. Customer service and communication from both Blackcircle and Barnet Motor Mechanic was outstanding.
Will definitely recommend them for all your car needs, be it repairs, MOT or service. The do an excellent job and are very professional.

The service provided was very fast, efficient, competitive and comprehensive. I had a service and MOT for my car. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and were able to talk through the options for different levels of service and work to the car. The prices were clear and there were no surprises.
To have the car picked up and returned to my home on the same day with MOT and service done and cleaned inside and out was brilliant.
