BRILLIANT, SAFE & HONEST! I highly recommend "Computer Flu" to EVERYONE! Garry initially helped us over the phone with general advice & guidance when we were buying a laptop. A week later we called & arranged for him to visit the house. He was both respectful & professional regarding Coronavirus restrictions & we all wore a mask, followed social distancing rules & he also wore protective gloves. Over a few hours he reviewed 3 laptops, confirming that 1 old laptop was broken & 1 new was faulty & needed to be returned. He then went on to update another, near extinct laptop (of personal sentimental value) with the latest Windows 10, online security, as well as transferring precious photographs & documents with ease & re-installing a printer system in minutes (which had previously taken me an entire day!!!). He is a really friendly & trustworthy person who happily shares his knowledge & expertise as he goes along. I recommend this BRILLIANT service & no doubt "will be back!". THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Wonderful service . Punctual, knowledgeable and value for money. I thought I had lost all my files due to an online fix program - Gary was able to not only find my deleted files but restore them all and get my lap top running better than it has before. Would highly recommend this service and will definitely use again if I get any further issues with my laptop.

So, laptop died, e mail to Computer Flu on a Sunday morning.
Its now Sunday teatime. Back and repaired, working. Fair price too.
So like me you'll be thinking, it will take ages, won't be right, charge loads, and all those other worries
I needed not to worry.
Will not hesitate in recommending him to friends, or any one reading this.

Great Service ! Highly recommended ! A problem with my windows 7 PC Gary came out next day , Friday took it away and set about restoring it, returned to me the following Monday fully working ! As a former IT person I know when I'm beat, so when my Windows 7 desktop wouldn't boot up properly I rang Gary first thing yesterday. He analysed the situation on the spot, let me know what the options were, sorted the (software) problem, and one day later we're up and running again. He gave me some good advice too. Strongly recommended!

So I mistakenly updated my laptop to Windows 10 thinking it was merely a Windows update and not a Windows 10 download. When trying to revert back to Windows 8.1 I lost all my Windows apps which was a nightmare. Enter in Gary from ComputerFlu who saved the day. If you are looking for someone who knows his stuff, takes the time to explain the issue(s) to you in understandable language, is thorough, focused, and friendly, and lets not forget, very competitive, cost wise, Gary Capewell is your man.
