I was very disappointed to see how dirty my car seats looked after the auto detail including steam cleaning. The detail was about $250, which I was okay with until I saw the seats of my car when they dried. It looks like dirty water was used to "clean" the seats.The exterior looked beautiful and I'm very happy with that.

Worst car wash ever!!! Paid $39, and gave them a $10 tip and asked them to do a good job as I was trading my jeep in. I had to point out a few missed spots before I even left. Once I got home there was tire dressing all over the side of the car, I had to wipe dirt out of the door wells, and there was a shoe print on the back seat!!! Unbelievable, they are all about quantity, not quality

Do not waste your money and time here. I just got a car wash here. And they did terrible job. ( see pictures attached) I paid $39.99 for this. Never going there.

This place was amazing. In and out in 10 minutes. Car was clean inside and out after a trip to Tahoe that left it covered in dirt and grime.

Paid $30 for wash, vacuum, tires washed and new car scent . Car was washed, vacuum done. Car scent didn't happen, and tires were half asked done. And my antenna was broken off. Nobody said a thing to me when car was supposedly ready. Won't be going back. Very disappointing.

I went there today paid 50$ for the best package deal they have, plus a waxing and the car was left looking a dirty in some spots and water spots in others. For that price it’s ridiculous to not get a good outcome ????

If you want to get the tree resin (sob) removed, beware that employees at this car wash remove them along with the paint. See the picture attached

This place is pretty good. I’ve been going here for years. They have definitely raised their prices over time but that’s to be expected I suppose. One thing I do is make sure to look over the entire car before I leave because often there are missed spots like bird poop remnants or maybe sap. They’ll clean up whatever you ask them to. I want to make sure I get what I’m paying for. I also think it’s import to tip generously especially after that:)

They were able to get the stains off of my car seats. The only reason why I did not give them five stars is that the cleaning interior and exterior of my car were not completely clean. They did not armor all the inside of my vehicle, and there was still dirt, and they failed to shine the border of my car.

I've been here a few times. The employees are nice and the service is pretty quick but I have never been impressed with the results. Always rushed to get cars in and out as fast as possible. These pictures would be reasonable to me for a $7-10 auto car wash but I expected a little more for $20.

El Estero Car Wash has been advertising since reopening, "no mask, no service". Well, I took my vehicle in for a wash on 5/1120. As I was waiting for my car to finish, a fellow walked in with no mask. Not only was he waited on, he lied and told the cashier that he would retrieve his mask and put it on. Which he never did.
The car wash did not follow through with what they advertised on their website. Some may find this amusing, I don't. I will take my car elsewhere from now on.

They never do a good job and today was no exception. In fact, it was probably the worst job they have ever done. They basically forgot to wash the back of the car. The entire back was covered with the dirt, just like before it was washed. The pictures are post wash. This place is awful.

No one told tell me about a part for my car that they found. They just put it in the backseat and didn't say anything so I got home didn't have time to go back and didn't know what it belonged to or where it should go. Also the amount that you pay for it there should be a little bit more thoroughness in cleaning so there were a lot of crumbs and things still left...to the point where I should have just done it myself

Pretty efficient setup to get your car cleaned while you wait. They did a good job with vacuuming and the windows. I like the items for sale in the waiting area especially the birthday and special occasions cards ????

Over priced for a regular wash ... 25.99 for really basic ( when it’s finished I noticed the floor mats & seats not cleaned !!! ) I tipped the worker to finish the job ????????

Past three visits I found cargo compartment was not cleaned or wiped down. I asked this last time to specifically have cargo compartment cleaned but again on checking it was not and asked attendant to at least wipe it down, which he did half-heartedly. El estero used to provide quality service but not up to standard lately. Will try elsewhere even though long-time customer.
