This is my favorite car wash in the Hershey/Palmyra area. The touchless automatic works well, and the wash club price is an excellent deal. I visit hear about once or twice a week, and I’ve never had any trouble with the mechanics of the car wash. The dryer is fixed at the end, so it dries your car as you slowly pull out after the wash. That’s not my favorite, but it seems to be the trend. There are also four bays where you can wash your own car. I haven’t use them, but I’m always amazed to see how busy they are, and how much suds they produce on the cars that are being washed. I wish they would expand and open a new car wash in Palmyra, as I would go there even more often than I do now. We literally have nothing. Fast lane does also own and operate the car wash on Hockersville Road, but that one is soft touch, not touchless.

Always clean. Trash cans always emptied. Property is very well maintained. Only down fall is, the vending machine is always broke. Can never get a towel, one of those trees, or window cleaner.

Unique washing system. The touchless water bar not only goes across the top and sides of your vehicle but it drops down to get the grill and bumpers ( front and back). One of the best car washes I experienced.

Beware!! I washed my car here and used my debit card. When I pressed the red “stop” button it said my total was $3.00. I check my account and they charged my card $14.75!! I washed the car myself in just a few minutes! This isn’t the first time I was charged more than what it said. I can’t go back here again. Also, no one answers the phone ever.

I washed my car yesterday here for only 3 minutes and only said $3.50 then looked at my bank statement and was charged $14.75!!!! This is the second time this has happened to me at this location! I will never come back here and don’t come here unless you want to spend $15 for only 3 mins of water.

Waste of money, left with as many spots on the vehicle as prior to the wash. After the wash we used our windshield wipers to remove the remaining water. After the windshield dried, a clear film was left where the wipers didn't cover. Not certain if it was the water, the soap, or both, but this wash was a complete waste of time and money.

Bay 1 terrible experience, paid $2 vacuum didn’t work properly no suction, -$2 car wash bay no buzzer to tell your time is running out. Manager then showed up and gave me enough time on another vacuum, but he said the other one I was using was fine.

Super disappointed that the auto wash was transitioned to a touch-less carwash. I drove past other places twenty minutes out of the way for the wash NOT being touch-less, only to find that they switched it out. I still gave benefit of the doubt and tried it, but I’m going to have to get it re-washed somewhere else now. Not bad for a touch-less, but in my opinion a downgrade from the machine I though I was driving to.

I signed up for the monthly express wash for my company vehicle. I have never waited more than one car and the process is simple. I recently decided to upgrade to ultra wash, sent an email, and they took care of my request the next day. Happy with my experience.

The automatic car wash didn't work. I reported the problem to the person out front , he said he couldn't give me my money back because his mother takes care of it and she wasn't there. I gave him my number he said his mom would call me. Not surprising NO PHONE CALL ever came!
