It is what it is, lots of empty shops, a few interesting places but mainly all chain stores. Handling social distancing okay but once you leave the narrower halls it's a free-for-all. When I visited last week there were 3 teen lads zooming around on their electric scooters and no security in sight.

Not two crowded but that's understandable, hope to see seating is put back when this is all over. Not to keen on the new name, but eventually will get use to it. Especially when we can pronounce it properly.

First time I've been for ages but the car park was nearly empty and the shopping centre seemed nothing like it used to. I am hoping it will pick up as we come further forward from lockdown.

Tuesday 12th. Warm Sunny day in Derby matched by near normal activity.For instance M and S store restored to normal displays after looking as though it was going to close a few days earlier. Enjoyed the day. Keep safe and do not put this hard earned step to normality at risk.

In its pomp, this centre was fantastic, but is clearly in decline as big shops close. Granted, the pandemic has not helped. Toilet facilities are excellent, with a brilliant well equipped, large toilet/changing room for those with a key (radar scheme)

Santa's Winter Woodland in Intu shopping centre in Derby. I love all things Christmas and this place was magical to visit. We had a fantastic time. All the staff were very nice and welcoming. Employees were very polite and helpful during Covid19, most everyone kept distanced. Nice place to spend family time.

Not crowded, most shops used a clicker system or similar to count customer numbers, nice atmosphere, clean spacious walkways, ideal for me as a disabled person on a mobility scooter, plenty of disabled parking spaces.

Shame 2 m distancing isnt followed not great for the elderly or extremely climically vulnerable. .. No one seems to think and just rushes all over the place.. Very unnerving.

Loads of people not wearing masks, unchallenged. Hardly any decent shops left in the place even when they're not closed due to coronavirus. Not worth the excessive parking charges.

All clean and organised. Friendly staff.
Just missing a star as I dont understand why hand dryers in some of the toilets are over the work tops with no water residue escape grills. Quite tricky to reach over and I'm 5' 10" tall.

One of the largest customer centred shopping malls. It offers great amenities, a plethora of shopping points with reasonable prices and many offers. It is exceptionally well maintained, clean and easy to find whatever you want despite its huge size. Excellent parking facilities at low prices under and very near the mall. What is most important though is the lighting which is ample and the provision of resting facilities, fit to the size of the gargantuan mall. Savoured the selection options and coziness of the place. Friendly to all ages, it caters for all needs. Highly recommended.

My purpose was to get my eyes checked at Specsavers. The mall was practically empty and the social distancing measures and mask wearing were in effect. Glad to see the essential shops were opened.

Good to get back to shopping for clothes essentials, however, some shops are now missing......Monsoon premises stand empty looking very sad.....the drawback with being able to wander around Intu is that with us being in Tier 3 we are denied the pleasure of eating out or even sitting down with a coffee. Better times must be in the way in 2021

Inside the Mall itself is lovely, great verity of shopping stores and places to eat etc, however the surrounding area outside is a mess, lots of bums, drug users and unpleasant looking people ???????? needs cleaning up for 5 stars ????♂️.

Good selection of shops but hardly anything in them stores!
They are big shops but as you go in you see that the shops are just alot more spaced out so not more of a selection than the small shops.
Unfortunately I travelled here for a day trip and ended up going back with nothing!

For a small provincial town we are blessed with an impressive shopping centre like Intu Derby. My colleagues from surrounding towns always complain about this. The Food Court on the 1st floor is a gourmands oasis. Curries to Southern Fried Chicken can be tasted here.
