The easy discipline of social distancing is still not grasped by a significant number of people. Good to see life coming back into the city. Still an acceptable shopping venue with some quality stores and famous names.

Wide range of high street brands as well as more high end. Great place to visit with plenty to do for a family day out. Plenty of parking over 2 car parks.

Very very quiet, lots of units empty. One shop I did go in I received very poor customer service and there was no one way system so it was dodge the person. Would not go back again to Skechers. Clinton's was OK as nearly empty.

Feels very safe and covid secure when walking around with plenty of one way systems and hand sanitising stations. Also as a nice touch there are face mask vending machines so if you've forgotten one or yours has broken you can easily replace it by buying one here.

Pretty expensive for the average Joe. A few handy/good stores but alot ha e closed. Covid safety system is in place but not properly followed as everyone just walks on the wrong sides, and security aren't really doing much to proventthis, so turns into a game of dodge. Overall its OK but not great.

The Highcross is a brilliant place to be, with shops ranging from low end to high end theirs something for everyone, wheelchair access is good as their is lifts from each floor in the shopping centre, there is a multi-storey car park with access from each floor so never gets full and the you,l,ets facilities are good with large spacious toilets on different levels and wheelchair access toilets

Highcross is a great place as it holds legitimately everything you need. I went there on Saturday to buy some clothes and to eat something, and I have to say it is a great experience, they have a lot of motivation for wearing masks and to social distance, and everything isn’t to clumped together. It was easy to navigate around with the many maps and costumer service desks dotted around. All in all, great place.

The Highcross centre is huge with so many shops.
At Xmas period it's a great shopping experience for all the family.
Only downside is there are not many benches or seating areas for tired feet.

Been coming here for years BUT won't be rushing back. No atmosphere, shops empty of stock worth buying. I understand social distancing rules are in place and nothing to do with the centre, But it doesn't help when you buy a coffee and have to sit on the floor or share a bench with half a dozen strangers when cafes with ample seating aren't allowed to seat you is an utter disgrace and a total joke. But as i said it all added to a very disappointing experience, one my wife and I usually look forward to.

The prices in stores often reflect the exorbitant rent that the highcross clearly charges it's tenants, how some of these bussiness inside stay afloat is a mystery?
There are a wide selection of stores, but not nearly the variety you'd assume from a complex of this size, with most of the stores being clothing outlets, but if you're looking to purchase some designer clothes or expensive trainers, this is probably the best place in the city centre to visit, I Just wish they had more variety in the stores that rent there, as I often find myself having no need to even go in there if I'm being honest.

The big shopping centre in Leicester has all the usual stores you'd expect. Easy parking and the food court has all the types of food you would want, but this is outside the main centre. Short walk to the Lanes where the independent shops are located if you are bored of chain stores.

Excellent variety, something for everyone. The covid rules are also well enforced. Shops are still full of products. Lost 1 star due to dear parking. Other than that I highly recommend High road, perfect for a day out.

This extensive mall has access to a nearby John Lewis department store, and within the main thoroughfare can be found branches of Next, Apple, Boots, Waterstones, and an abundance of well known retail outlets.

One of the best additions to Leicester in a long time. Vast array of shops to cover all your needs, abundance of restaurants and quick bite eateries plus a large cinema for entertainment. Public toilets are always clean and there are numerous maps throughout the complex to ensure you can navigate your way around. There is a help desk also. Definitely a place to go whether to window shop, purchase or simply for a meal.

The highcross is a really good place to go shop there is so much choice under one roof. Plenty of parking as well with 2 car parks. And out side you have loads of different choices of restaurants at St Peter's Square leading up to the high street. So what ever your looking for or find something to eat you'll be able to find something here.

Its a shopping center like many others, with a multitude of mostly chain stores, they do however host several themed, free, family events throughout the year, all of which have been planned and executed brilliantly. There are a number convenient facilities such as rest areas, vending machines, toilets, prayer room, trolley type cars and go carts for little ones. All in all its a very nice place to be
