I always go here for mot tests. Very friendly and efficient. I also had to have a wheel bearing changed recently, this was done in the time they qouted and at the price agreed.

Avoid using.... he takes parts off yr vehicle and asks dramatically where is this oh its dangerous...gives you a ridiculous quote and when u cant afford it, the part magically turns up, he then has a cheek to replace said item and still charge u over the top plus refuses to release vehicle until you have parted with your money. He gets abusive when questioned.

Took my motorhome for a full service. No problem. On preparing to take it to France and Italy found that this service provider had pumped the tyres up to 85 psi, 25 psi higher that max stated tyre pressure. I reduced the pressures but the damage was done. I had to replace all 4 tyres due to internal damage. Being €750 poorer I emailed this garage while in the French tyre outlet. I received no response. I emailed again when I returned home and got an apology that they had not seen the original email and would investigate the issue I described. Been waiting now since 22 July for a conclusion to their investigation. Great customer service, NOT. Will not be using again.

Went for an MOT here, and my car failed on a few things ( fog build, dust cap, sticky breads and a windscreen jet, uneven breaks- just needed rebalancing and that’s about it.) and they tried charging me 690 for parts and labour at most a 4 hour job. So no way was I paying that, I took my car to another shop they fixed everything and I took it back for a retest, and they failed it on the same things along with now with the front breaks!!! Which they can’t do because it wasn’t on the advisory and they shouldn’t be failing it on that. When I asked them about it they said “if you change the back breaks it messes the front ones up” biggest lie I’ve ever heard! I advise highly don’t use these cowboys, they overcharge you and then lie to you. Literally go somewhere else!!! These people are cowboys of the car industry

I'd used Jeff in the past with my old Rover SD1classic
Took my Mercedes E280 CDI in for it's mot , fearing the worst, especially when I saw how meticulous the examination that was being carried out was!
I was very impressed with the equipment and happy to learn my car had passed after being subjected to jolting ramp which tests all suspention and steering components.
I left with peace of mind knowing my car has no defects :)

I had a bad experience with this garage.. Although my car had passed the MOT after a couple changes, I just noticed that my 2 front tyres has been replaced with old ones. I'm not after my tyres back.. what annoyed me is that they put my family in danger, especially my young son.
