Useless! I bought a "last will and testament" package from them and asked the sales staff "Does this cover both my other half and myself?" Instead of saying she didn't know, she said "I would have thought so!". I bought it anyway, 'after' I had paid for it with my card she 'then' asked "Do you want a bag?" I said "Yes please!" She said "10 pence". My response: "What???? Why didn't you ask me before I pulled my card out of the bloody machine???" Her attitude was also terrible. The staff need to be trained on both product knowledge AND retail methodology!
