Friendly, helpful, responsive. Did not charge me when we decided my bike had bigger issues than we could deal with road-side. I've booked him to come back to take my bike to the shop in a couple of weeks. Good man!

Gino was calm, punctual and in control. Friendly, to make you feel at ease as he explained what he was doing. Gave solutions and advice. He went above and beyond the service originally offered, which was a tow to a garage. I felt he genuinely wanted to help. Would recommend him, 100%.

I used Brighton recovery because of the good reviews. Yes he was very friendly and definitely helpful on the phone. Came out about 2.5 hours later. Took a short look at my car , said he didn’t know what was wrong and towed me 70 miles home for £170, on the way making a couple of comments about how he’d rather not drive that far. The next day I could put it was just a simple fuse that needed changing, something I feel he should have picked up on. I have emailed to see if he can offer an explanation but have been ignored. I feel i totally wasted a lot of money . Would definitely not recommend.

We broke down near Brighton city centre and they came to our rescue swiftly! They were so kind and delightful– the main guy (sorry I didn't catch your name!) even went out of his way to phone up and recommend local garages to take in our car for repairs, which saved us money. Words just can't describe how lovely and genuine the guy was, he really wants the best for his customers.

Absolutely stellar service! So lovely and kind. Caught us in a time of need and went above and beyond. Picked us up from a service station within 20 minutes and drove back cracking a few jokes to try and lighten the mood. Absolutely heroic and great guy. And to top it off dropped us at the station so we could get home quicker to save us the cold. Very well priced and efficient. Five stars doesn't do justice.

Gino was very helpful and polite. He came out a couple of weeks ago and helped my daughter and I who broke down on the A27. He arrived exactly on time as promised
And then again this week again he rescued myself and my partner when my Peugeot boxer van broke down the other side of Lewes.
He is very professional and after dropping the van off to a repair garage in Brighton. Even gave us a lift home.
Above and beyond his duty. Thanks again Gino. Will definitely be recommending you to others

So I had previously called up another company to pick up my car. They had given me an hour window for the truck to turn up. Nearly 2 hours later and they still hadn't turned up. So I called brighton recovery. Really friendly service. He told me he would be 20 minutes. 20 minutes later the truck turns up. Really reasonable pricing. My only downside was that I should have called brighton recovery first. Would recommend to everyone.

Can't recommend this service enough. Forget the AA who will charge you through the roof of your car is 1/4 mile from your home. This service is much quicker, cheaper and friendlier ! He helped jump start my car again. Towed it to my local garage and even pushed it onto the drive when the battery cut again. Will use this service again ! ( But hopefully not soon as I don't want to breakdown again!) :D

Absolute hero, after bending stood up by another company, these guys were here in under 30 minutes of me calling! Got my van up and running in minuets!
I also needed fuel and he said if I get it locally and it doesn’t start again he’ll come back down for a free jumpstart.
