Normally really friendly staff in here, I came in this morning and was firstly shouted at by the woman with short red hair that was on the till, along with another customer (we looked at each other in shock) for not queuing in the right place, I then asked the lady if I could use the toilet as I had been driving nearly 2 hours and was desperate - she proceeded to say no bluntly and then shout 'next' while I was still stood in front of her. Found it really rude and degrading to be shouted at not once but twice in a shop full of people, awful customer service as I would of been understanding had she been polite. Won't be using again.

Starbucks coffee machine gives the option of an extra free shot, they also have a scheme for getting every 7th coffee free, what's not to like! They have set up good social distancing measures and have good facilities.

Great service and the subway in there is really good. Its in a really good location for re fueling. Bit expensive for food and drinks but staff are great. Very friendly and polite.

Good if you like paying 7 to 10p per litre more for your fuel. As of 29.9.18. Tesco have unleaded at 123p per litre, this garage has unleaded at 133p per litre, so 10p per litre more! I would only fill up here for an emergency and only put in £10

Petrol is more expensive than down the road. Staff are friendly for the petrol but useless for the subway inside. Prices inside are quite expensive. Always have fuel available. Rubbish car wash.

Good for fuel, and friendy staff but possibly the slowest carwash in the UK - I queued 1 hr 15 mins. Two issues - (a) each wash seems to take 7-9 mins which seems slow. (b) The location of the wash behind the shop means you can't see most of the queue. You see 2 or 3 cars queuing, and get in line, thinking maybe 10 mins. Turns out that 3 cars take over 20 mins but there are another 4 or 5 cars in front of them; the line advances very slowly & you wait an hour or more. A frustrating experience unless you know. Some signs would help e.g. "30 minutes from here".

Okay prices on fuel, they have a subway and a Gregg's there but sadly the Gregg's doesn't have heated shelf for the food so be careful what you get as it could be stone cold.
