I've just spoken to a lady on the phone asking if they do full-length photos for an application I'm doing. She said they didn't but was really sympathetic and she took the time to help me out with other options I could take, etc. I also greatly appreciate that she was really honest about whether I would get a good value paying what they charge for a mini portfolio shoot if I only needed that one photo.

Well, when you arrange for a photo shoot at short notice, you sort of worry that the service is unlikely to be 100%.
I can only say how wrong I was. The service provided was second to none. The shoot was fun, (the daughter and the dogs loved it)and the proofs were fantastic.

We had a wonderful family photo shoot including our fur baby!! Jo was amazing with our four legged member of the family as well as the human one that didn't really want to have a shoot!
