Ordered at 10pm on a Saturday night for a click and collect and received the email saying ready to collect at 9:30am on the Sunday morning. Couldn't ask for better really. When I got to the shop to collect I was welcomed in and dealt with efficiently and with a very friendly manner. Very happy with the service I feceived, couldn't ask for better. The products are fantastic too with a massive selection

I placed my first order last week but unfortunately a packing mistake occurred and one of the items was similar but not what I ordered. I contacted them and Jake dealt with it in a customer focused and professional manner, the right product was sent by courier and they also allowed me to keep the original one. I will certainly be a customer again and some of the bigger names in this industry could learn a few lessons from these guys in customer service. Top marks for 'My Car Cleaning'.

Very disappointed, the bottle cap was badly damaged on arrival. The shampoo had leaked into the plastic bag and had to be thrown away. I took a photograph of the damaged cap and sent an email to My Car Cleaning. I have not received a reply to the email I sent, so very disappointed.

I used Bilt Hamber wheel cleaner for the first time. I sprayed it on and left while the car was coated in snow foam, I then rinsed with the MTM Astra and was able to get into the spokes with the short trigger. Absolutely top job and the wheels are sparkling without any brushing.

Purchase from last week didn't disappoint bilt hamber korrosoll iron fall out was amazing works super fast and removes all dirt and contaminates in an instant, chemicals guys leather cleaner does what it says on the bottle removes any greasy contaminates and leaves a nice OEM Matt finish ????

Brilliant, even though it's small they have all the goodies. Chemical guys, bilt hamber, gtechinq etc. When I was in the tall bloke serving gave honest advice on snowfoam and a wheel cleaner to a man asking for help. Also when I asked for some ONR they didn't have any but he didn't try to sell me something useless he just said they didn't have it. So seem a honest place. They were opening the upstairs bit b so not been up there yet but plenty stuff down stairs.

There's no other place to go for your car cleaning needs if these guys don't sell it then it's not wotlrth buying (other than autoglym) amaar is always on hand with great advice on car cleaning and products even if it's the cheapest and it works best he will tell you.

Spoke to them via facebook first & got a speedy response. Popped in store today knew exactly what I wanted the lad behind the counter was helpful. Shop was clean & tidy plenty space between the display stands. Covid measures are also in place.
