KAP took over the servicing and warranty of my vehicle 2 years ago. I recently had an issue with my windscreen wipers , I phoned late on Friday and was booked in for the following Monday morning , they even checked the weather to ensure the repair day would be suitable showing a full understanding of my issue . Within 2 hours of the vehicle being delivered I was called to say the issue was resolved , fixed and tested. To say I’m delighted is an understatement, considering the current global situation it’s incredible reassuring to know that 5 Star brilliant service is available . Thank you to all at KAP keep it up it does not go unnoticed ????????????????

I purchased my car from the KAP garage in Cheriton on finance from the used car section. I then chose to get my MOT done 1 year later with them and it was super easy to book, called them directly and got next day booking. The company is so professional and you feel looked after. The lady even gave me £2 change from her own purse as I only had cash and that just topped off the experience for me. AMAZING!

Got my car from here last October and it was great at 1st walked and got seen very quickly once I decided I wanted the car all the finance was quick it’s just a shame the after sale ant so great after having to take my car back 2 times for a clutch and gearbox being told it’s been fixed then the car keeps making the same sound as before taken it back 2 more times being told by there master tech and some mechanic it’s my driving style which I found funny because I drive loads of cars for work and non of them make the same sound i have had to pay for the problem to be fixed by a independent garage with a brand new clutch and gearbox that had Metal shavings in the gearbox never buying a car from here again

Hi, just wanted to say a big thanks to the Folkestone KAP for doing our MOT so efficiently this morning. The service was excellent from both Ben at the front desk and the MOT man. It’s made a big difference to our journey being able to just nip across from France to get this done. Everything was on time. And thanks for washing the car as well ha ha we are now halfway back down France ???? I can highly recommend you.

Lucy and the team in the service department at KAP Folkestone are polite and very professional. I have been taking our families cars there for a few years now and have recommended them to many friends. I also now use KAP to service our work vehicles after we a few bad experience with another dealer. One of the main things I like is they cover a wide range of vehicle manufacturers and not just Nissan, they do a wide range of services from full /half services, MOT’s, paint shop, fault finding and wheel refurbishment and much more.

Have gone from fantastic customer service to extremely poor avoid if you want your car back anytime soon Original told car should be done Friday but might go into Monday phone call to say end of play Monday then Tuesday blaming staff going sick over weekend. We have brought, serviced and mot are last 3 cars here going back 10 years never again will I spend a penny here .

Really awful service, the replies to the complaints on here are very similar to the rubbish I was told when I was at their shop. No responsibility taken for anything and just given a load of excuses! (I'm sorry but you're not on our system, did you actually come here) great way of trying to avoid blame. Just shows the service you will get if you come here, please go somewhere else. You pay a lot of money for 3/5 stars service. (additional information regarding the reply) If you would care to look at my reviews of other businesses, you may find they are not all 'slanderous'. My experience within this branch was genuinely pretty bad and I thought it was worth bringing it to attention to other people, my issue has already been brought up with members of staff and as far as I am concerned I have no more energy debating this with the branch, I am more happy just using another business which can provide a much more professional service. You can make me look like I am some teenager who is attacking you for a hobby, however unfortunately I am not the only one who has had a bad experience here. I have also attached a photo of my invoice to 'prove' myself as real, as of your request.

Awful customer service, put a deposit to secure a car which i was told i would get back, messed me about on the day of seeing/collecting the car, called me 20 minutes before my appointment to say something was wrong with the car and to come back later, then when i asked for my deposit back the man was very rude on the phone not letting me speak and pretty much shouting at me. Would not recommend!
