I cannot praise the team at Caterham Elite highly enough. My engine cooked on a live lane on the motorway ... not good. Andy was ready to receive me as I was towed back to Caterham and calmly (as ever) set out my options in a way I could understand. Andy helped me with his vast experience and knowledge to source a good reconditioned engine.. in his own time!!! The brilliance of Peter meant that the new engine has expertly been deployed and it is almost as if I have a new car.(they also cleaned it for me) This crack team, who really know what they are doing, also go above and beyond, hence it is impossible to say how highly I could praise them ... but in my opinoin5 stars is NOT enough. I was let down by a bigger company online when getting replacement tyre's fitted. And by another tyre shop not calling me back even though they said they wouldn't forget me.
But no complaints about the quick and efficient service by Elite garages in Caterham. Felt valued as customer and happy with deal I was given on tyres. Only have a feedback I will give is regard to the seating would have been nice to have a second chair available in waiting area.

After not keeping my car for 2 days to perform a minor repair, during which they rang me repeatedly to try and book me in for other repairs, they didn't phone me to tell me my car was ready to collect.
When I did go to collect my car (after phoning them myself) the garage itself was closed and I had to pick up my keys from the petrol station.
I then went round the back to find that my car had been left unlocked with one of the doors open.
Awful and dangerous.

First class service after going down rut in road rear near side when flat, fitted emergency spare ,and drove straight to Elite Caterham, when tyre inspected they found hole inside tyre wall.
They had my make of tyre Hanoke in stock which I have had to arrange special order in the past.
New tyre was fitted and was back on road in less than an hour.
Will only use them for my tyres in future.

Andy and the team at Elite in Caterham are superb. They have been looking after several of my cars over the past 5 years, and i have always found them to be courteous / efficient and well priced. They will always try and fit you in at short notice which is very helpful and always go the extra mile. I trust that they are not trying to rip you off like many other garages do in this day and age. I have always found the workmanship to be of a high standard and completed with a smile and in a timely manner. Well done guys keep up the cracking work.

Took my car in for a premium service as I had experienced an issue with the car overheating and was hoping to find out how it could be fixed. After a week of having the car back I had the same problem and when my dad had a look under the bonnet he pointed out that there was no lid on the engine coolant tank. As part of the premium service this should have been checked and so I'm concerned about how thorough the service really was.

Quick, efficient, friendly service last week by Josh. However, 5 days later I discovered he had not replaced the wheel locking nut in the box! I do realise that I should have checked the box but I am very disappointed that the garage have failed to respond to my email about this matter. I believe Josh may have left the locking nut on the wheel and therefore, it could be anywhere! My daughter has checked the garage, forecourt and the roadway to no avail. Josh's forgetfulness has cost me £100 and Elite garage are just not facing up to this; I had hoped they would want to resolve this matter. Years ago I had an account with them - Border Landscapes and Maintenance. Disappointing as to the lack of customer service.

Good friendly service. Fast fitting. would recommend. Even cheaper than another well known tyre and exhaust garage and the were offering 10% discount for NHS. Elite were still £30 cheaper.

I have always found Elite Garage Caterham to be helpful, honest and hard working in all my dealings with them. They regularly service my car and are diligent and communication is good.
They even went above and beyond to help when my bonnet catch broke just as my family and I were leaving to go on holiday even though they were extremely busy. Highly recommend!

Good Honest garage. Andy, the manager on the counter, treats customers extremely politely and gives a full description of any work needed. The rip off feeling you can get at particular big chains simply doesn’t exist. Atmosphere between the staff seems good and any of them will engage with customers in a friendly manner. Been using Elites for over 20 years and it is the best it’s ever been. I do recommend Elites to others regularly. Parking can be an issue but being in the centre of a town obviously has its challenges. Petrol station staff and service is good as well.

Now having taken both my own car and my wife's car for MoTs (twice each) I am please to see that the kind friendly service I have witnessed has been consistent. I was also impressed by how hard the staff on the desk worked in order to obtain some specific parts for another customer's car - they were rare parts but their wide range of contacts meant they were able to finally obtain the parts on the same day - well done. Thanks Elite Caterham!!

Received excellent service as always. Pot hole flat tyre. Very quick in repair , kind and helpful. Prior to this I had a nail again excellent service.
