Wilko's is a good store. I'm a little disappointed that the range they sell has left behind some the basics that they used to stock particularly in cleaning products. They used to do basic cleaning ingredients rather than just big brands. It's changed from being a hardware store into more like a supermarket.
Still good value for many things and still town centre for me rather than out of town.

Usually I liked this place but I found cheaper places with same quality and better offers so I am visiting this place very rare lately.
Their business seems to die anyway and they do nothing to change things and get customers back. This happens when you have unskilled management.

Love the bargains but not the stores policy on staff availability on tills /checkouts..sometimes 8 - 10 people in a queue. Last time I drop goods near checkout and went tescos instead

nice shop but ever since i got confused about which exit to go through and an employee pointed out which one to go to in front of a massive crowd of shoppers i doubt i’ll be coming back for a long time xx i do recommend it tho they have pencil cases n that

Excellent cheap and cheerful, very few places sell seed potatoes and vegetable seed at a reasonable price so Wilko's is great for encouraging people to try their hand at gardening, also a small store that is more than likely to have what you want

Used self service, another member of staff wiping hand held scanners and credit card machine after each sale.

Big store with lots of stock, choice, good value and quality. Must agree with other regarding tills, often queues especially when doing quick lunchtime trips from work - but they do appologise if you have to wait and do try to call extra staff at least

Quite a large shop with two exits (one on each side). Plenty of variety to choose from like most fair sized Wilko's. Most of the staff are really helpful. Sometimes there doesn't seem to be enough checkouts open for the amount of customers waiting as I have seen very long queues from time to time with just one till open. When that till has an issue it holds up everything. Other than that it's a pleasant, nice and open store.
