Changed to this garage about a year ago after. The service and helpfulness that VSC provided has been top drawer. I have had several issues with my current vehicle and the VSC team have identified the faults and offered several options and recommendations as to solutions based upon risk/cost/likelyhood. Honest team & highly recommended.

VSC Car servicing is a highly recommended place to bring your vehicle for servicing, MOT or any repairs.
The guys there are very professional and more importantly honest. The knowledge and advice given and answered when I brought my car in was very reassuring as most garages would just try and loose you through jargon and give you an extortionate price.
The customer experience from start to end is as good as sitting First class on an Airplane.
If you are looking for an honest garage that does good reliable work with good reliable people, then this is the place to go.

I have been using VSC for several years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Their customer service is excellent. The manager Faisal is very good to deal with and explains what needs to be done very clearly and always keeps you informed. I have also always been very satisfied with the work done to my car, this time it was MOT and full service. And I find the prices they charge reasonable. Well worth using them.

Professional service, clear pricing options and advice, reasonable labour charges and excellent communication. I needed an emergency repair for a failed alternator, and my usual garage couldn't do it in the timescale I needed. After talking to Faisal and Gavin on the phone, I brought the car in where it was quickly inspected to confirm the fault, then booked in for repair. I received a call the same day to confirm cost and choice of alternator and the cost including labour and VAT was given over the phone before I went ahead. The job was completed and the car ready for pick up by the end of the following day. I'll definitely use VSC again.

VSC has been exceptional and very efficient. I have done a full service and an MOT on my car the car did passed its MOT but there were couple of advisories which I was informed immediately and got those cleared. Won't be using the garage again I booked in for a service and they said I had to replace the driveshaft took for a 2nd opinion and my inner cvboot was found to be cut off thats why the car sounded like the driveshaft needed replacing. Dont use this company they try and con you out of money. I gave them 1 star as it wouldn't let me leave none.

VSC have been exceptional and very efficient. I have done a major service with them several times which includes MOT and health check. They provide regular updates whilst the vehicle is in the garage and repair / labour charges are very competitive. I would highly recommend them, especially after their recent service, having investigated and fixed my A/C fault and not charged me for the re-gas even though the fault was unrelated to them. It was done as a goodwill gesture but more importantly their attitude towards giving back to their loyal customers. Massive thank you to Gavin and Faisal in particular who have been excellent and always very helpful.

Overall I would recommend VSC and would be happy to use them again.
Booked for an MOT and Full Service at a good price. Unfortunately failed MOT, which to be fair I wasn't hugely surprised! Discussed options, felt that the suggested repair was slightly over priced and they were happy to negotiate and we found a price we were both happy with, I cant complain as they could have easily told me to go elsewhere and were very polite in the negotiations. I would always recommend getting repairs done before MOT to save negotiating under pressure, which I failed to do this time which is my own fault.
Did try and upsell a couple of products, I understand that is their business and most mechanics seem to do it. But I would always suggest anyone thinks hard before taking a optional add on they may not be needed. In this case they were not unexpected, but I thought I could do them myself and save some cash.
I enjoyed that they sent me a video, my previous mechanic who since moved abroad used to send me photos/videos and I really like it. Excellent communicators, always pick up the phone immediately and remembered my name, these small things are what will make me a return customer.

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company on January 25th, 2021.
I had made an appointment with VSC a week prior, so I could get the same date as my work day off.
I had a call from your office 2 days before just to confirm that I will be attending the scheduled appointment. I confirmed with the lady and explained the problem to my car, she assured me that this can be sorted out and I had nothing to worry about.
I arrived at your workshop at 8am, your staff were still arriving and the workshop shutters were still closed. The reason for such an early appointment was just in case you needed to order any parts so there was enough time in the day to sort out any problems or issues which may occur.
I handed my keys to the reception desk, he said that the car will be ready for collection at 12noon.
I agreed and was happy about that time as I understand oil leaks will take time to sort out.
At 4.30pm I received a call from your office saying that they could not locate the oil leak as the engine required a steam clean, your office had my car from 8am and only at 4.30pm before closing, your staff are stating my car needs a steam clean, the whole day went by with no diagnostic as to what was done and checked.
Please help me understand what am I supposed to make of this, the oil is visibly dripping but trained Mechanics are unable to find a fault, your website claims:
“At VSC Car Servicing, we provide high-end servicing for Audi, BMW, VW and Mercedes”
Having read the above, your company has not delivered, the service provided does not represent the above statement, as a high end service as stated, your staff couldn’t find a oil leak after 8 hours of keeping the car.
When I picked my car up there was no apologies face to face, your staff member (back office) handed my keys to me and said, ‘we have topped a little oil into the car’ and walked away. Your member couldn’t explain anything to me and when I questioned, they said, ‘what do you want me to do about it’, my time, day and money has been wasted, I do not find that your company had a professional service today in anyway.
During this pandemic I felt I should support our local services however,
Please be assured I will not be using or recommending your company in the future.

Needed my brakes changed ASAP as it was my only day off. Eventhough they was fully booked Faisal went out of his way to slot in an appointment for me. The customer service was probably the best I have ever experienced. They're not the cheapest around but with top customer service, mechanics and car parts the price is justified. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a top garage in the area. This will be the place I sort out my car needs from now on. Thank you to Faisal and the team once again ????

Very happy indeed. Having got some extortionate quotes on my Audi A3 for brakes etc I decided to do the fronts myself. Hadn’t the tools or time for the rears. Got quoted £220 from another garage (in Wimbledon) just for rear pads and discs only! So tried VSC for the first time - they did my MOT, rear brake pads, discs, oils change and filter, and bled the brakes all for £206! (I supplied parts) Best of all they had found out I’d put in my front pads slightly wrong and corrected that for free, and didn’t make me feel like the complete idiot I was! Customer for life guys, great business.

Rear wheel bearing, MoT and minor service all at a reasonable price. There was a slight mix up obtaining parts for the wheel bearing, which necessitated the car be kept longer than anticipated but they remedied that quickly enough. Overall really satisfied with their work.

Used this garage for the first time and was very pleased. My mechanic was Gavin who did a very thorough job. The customer service was the best I've recieved from a garage, both from the mechanic and manager, Faisal. Even though they very busy, they still took the time to talk in detail about my car and offer lots of helpful advice and suggestions, which was really appreciated for someone who doesn't have a clue about cars. Will definitely return again and do highly reccomend.

Very friendly and going the extra mile.
Came in for a oil service but the team also found that my front and rear pads need changing.
Faisal ordered the pads as soon as the workshop report came in to minimise downtime.
Within 3 hours everything was done and I was back on the road.
Also had the service interval reset accordingly to the correct intervals.
Top team and very efficient.

A hidden gem in plain view. These guys were extremely professional: tidy, timely and affordable. But most importantly, the work they completed has given me the greatest peace of mind.
A few old issues that were left undone by the previous mechanics at Halfords (who I will never use again), led to a failed MOT which were promptly identified and sorted out by VSC.
And where VSC didn't specialise in an area, they immediately recommended a qualified professional who could assist me.
The Owner, Faisal, Tony and the Team were amazing. Cheerful and witty, but most importantly, 100% customer focussed, competent and professional. I Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Booked my car here for an MOT and Service and glad that I did. Their customer service was beyond expectation and the receptionist Malik gave me a small discount. The price itself for the work done was reasonable. They rang beforehand to remind me of my booking and were very professional. My car feels very smooth to drive. Can’t recommend this place enough as my previous garages around Isleworth ripped me off and ruined my old car. Will bring friends and family here! Also very convenient place as right next to Hounslow train station.

Great Honest Service provided by all members of the team. After approaching a couple of other garages and professional mechanics, I decided to search for a "RAC Approved" garage to get a second opinion about a recently purchased second hand Vauxhal Insignia car. I was initially offered a discount for the full servicing provided as it was my first usage of their service. I was then given the careful attention and flexibility with regards to times and pricing for doing the service. Very prompt responses with regards to email and phone communications and most importantly, which is why I appreciated their services the most, is that the members of the team do not try and force you towards an attempt to 'up-sell' but rather they tell you truthfully what needs done on the car. I knew what roughly needed done on the car and they were spot on with regards to anything that was needed. I knew how much I would be spending to get all necessary parts and services done and as I was on a budget, Faisal was very kind in offering me an even better price if I did the whole service with them. Therefore, I chose to follow Faisal's advice and got all components changed (that I knew needed changing), the car fully serviced, track and wheel alignments were also done. Not to mention "the cherry at the top", 1 year service and parts warranty. Faisal arranged me a free bulb replacement for one of the front high beam lights just before I left the garage with my car fully repaired! Honestly, my plans are certainly to keep them as my contact for any mechanical needs that my company and personal vehicles may require. Many thanks for the very professional services provided to date.
