Short staffed, rude. Always forgetting repeat prescriptions, that's right, repeat prescriptions, can't get any simpler. I have no other words as it's not the first time this has happened. Also too corporate to listen or take onboard constructive comments. Best scenerio is to leave and change pharmacists.

Just a big big thankyou to vac !!! I recently trapped my finger in a shopping trolley !! He took the time to dress my finger and saved me a Hostpital visit !! My Husband being very poorly at home as I explained to him and couldn't leave him hence the visit to Boots ...Thankyou once again for your help it's healing well all thanks to you x

Staff have no clue, including pharmist, mis-selling products because it's Boots own brand instead of giving people what they went in for.
Then would not give a refund on the unopened sealed product because it's medice (hayfever nose spray!) AVOID.
Staff are also rude and unhelpful, unless your buying a boots product.

Always short-staffed some of which are rude some of which are very helpful under difficult circumstances. Unfortunately my repeat prescription is never available on time so now after 2 years I've finally given up and gone elsewhere.

Very helpful staff they can't do enough for you I have never found them to be rude ,who left the comment saying they were , you could have possibly been rude to them .
As for lady pokey little shop and queues at the pharmacy is probably because they are popular and have the items in stock I suggest if you're that unhappy go to another chemist simple. I have found no matter where you get your prescription from you have to wait for it. I am very happy with the service and will continue using boots manager very helpful and the staff behind the Pharmacy counter very helpful too

Unreliable. Often queues for the pharmacy so have to wait a long time.
I end up calling in telling them my prescription should be due, despite it being on repeat order. Often the tablets are not in stock so I have to have split packets of tablets. Like a previous reviewer said, I cannot see, aside from the pharmacy section, how it stays open. It is a poky little shop and I only use it due to it being convenient..

Decent little shop but always seems expensive. There are so many cheaper options in the area that it never seems to be busy. It's a shame to say but I cant see it lasting for much longer.

Very rude and uppity counter assistant would not sell me hydrocortisone cream without a prescription despite my doctor telling me to get it cos it was non prescription. Avoid this shop if possible.
