Great service from the beginning to the end of my journey. The woman on the phone was very polite and she even got my car to come earlier. The driver took me to my destination with no problems. I would recommend this mini cab service to anyone needing a cab in London.

I have used many mini cabs and most of them they are rude and the cab comes late. At Hoxton Car Service the car came quite fast and I didn't have any problems while on my journey. The lady dispatcher was very helpful to get me a cab, I would definitely recommend this cab service to everyone.

What an awful company. Ordered a people carrier to take my family for my dads 70th birthday and then a car which was not a people carrier arrived.
Called them and they tried to say it was a people carrier rather than accepting what was wrong.
Use MINI CABS FOR U - this company is a joke.

Savage.
Another local company made me down and did not show up for our booking to the airport. This office send me car within 5 minutes and picked me up together with my family . I found the driver polite and helpful. The vehicle was clean , new Mercedes.

I run an over 55's sheltered accommodation and I ordered a taxi for 6 elderly tenants for 8:40 to catch the coach at another scheme. I have just sent them on their way at 9:25 luckily the bus is waiting for them. Otherwise they would have lost their £100 it cost for the day trip. All head office kept saying was 'he's outside' which is no use to me when im stood outside with 5 agitated tenants in the boiling sun!! I'm furious. even the driver said he'd been given the wrong postcode and it happened all the time. Such a break down in communication between the driver and the head office. it happened to me the other week. same issue different location. I will be taking my custom somewhere more reliable

I waited 50 minutes for a cab that was due to come in 5, I completely missed my appointment due to them saying they were on their way several times when they clearly was not, I will not be using this service again!! Uber is way cheaper anyway!!

Booked, paid by card, i was confirmed the car. Only for them to call me 20 minutes before pickup for an airport ride that they cannot do it and that its under the terms anyway! Most unprofessional and most rude! Never again!
