This is a great traditional company which have very good Customer service.
I took a airport transfer from Heathrow to London.
The driver picked me up with out any problems with a board held in his hand with stating my name.
The driver was great, with a beautiful Mercedes car to pick me up in.
Very impressed will definitely use again and I highly recommended this company hands down.

I paid £48 for a Taxi that never showed up. The money was taken out of my account as soon as I booked. I received a call 30 minutes before the taxi was meant to arrive saying they were not able to reach me, but never received a refund of my money. I have called numerous times, however have received no response.
Please can someone get back to me ASAP?

We could not have asked for a better service! The driver arrived 10 minutes early and got out to help us with our bags. He was smiley and professional, getting us to our destination seamlessly and on time. We received 5 star service for a 3 star price! My receptionist called to arrange a lift home for a patient. Waterloo insisted on a mobile contact number, so she gave her own number. After an hour of repeated unanswered calls, which required her to stay late in work to see the patient out, the operator claimed that they had stopped outside and been phoning. This is a lie, no missed calls were logged on her phone, both she and the patient were sitting in a glass fronted reception room, directly looking out of the shopfront to the street a few feet away.

The car was BMW which we never seen in London as a taxi before. The driver was suited and very mannered friendly. Extremely useless taxi service. The person who attended the call couldn't even speak English. In the end he confirmed the booking but car didn't turn up. When I called again, there was a different person on the line who he told me that there was no booking at all and didn't have the courtesy to apologise. Rude and unprofessional staff.
