I've used Busy Bee for quite a few years to repair appliances at a couple of houses I let, which get some heavy wear. This week it was my own 12 year old Bosch washing machine - an urgent need with a six-month old baby in the house. The service from Sonny has always been utterly professional, prompt and very good value compared with manufacturers' service plans and extended warranties. Today he replaced brushes in the motor and patiently sorted out a tiresome problem re-setting the error code. He phoned in advance to set out likely costs and possible options if the machine was not repairable. He fixed it for the agreed price and then free of charge cleaned out the accumulations in the waste pipe and fluff filter. Overall excellent value, prompt service and friendly professional service. Highly recommended.

Sonny has just repaired my oven and I am very happy with the result. The lady in the office was great on the phone when I booked and called first thing the day of the job as promised, Sonny then turned up on time and immediately identified the problem and was very clear about what needed to be done and how much the job would cost. Excellent service. Called yesterday regarding fault with an electric oven. Sonny came out to us today on time and was really helpful. Diagnosed the issue straight away. Gave us a choice on the types of parts that could be used. Replaced the part with a new one and tested it all out. Great guy. Definitely recommend.

Sunny came round to fix a problem we were having with the drainage of our dishwasher. He came around the same day, and showed us how to fix the problem should it reoccur or if we moved and saw the same problem. He was really helpful and friendly. Definitely use Busy Bees again!

Prompt service. Dishwasher just out of guarantee but no obvious reason for fault. Sonny advised contacting manufacturer to see if they would repair under guarantee but also the breakdown of costs if they wouldn't. Unfortunately they wouldn't so as the minimal cost for Sonny to pick up, test and return machine were more than half the original cost we have gone with his recommended replacement which has a 5 year guarantee. Fingers crossed we get a few years out of it. Thank you for being so honest Sonny. Unfortunately the machine displayed the same fault before it reached the end of the programme so we didn't bother trying again.

I rang first thing Monday morning to request a repair for my fan oven. Sonny came and had diagnosed and fixed the problem before it was even 11am. I couldn’t have asked for any more efficiency. Sonny was professional and very helpful.

I rang Busy Bees for an issue with a tumble drier that suddenly stopped producing any heat. Great communication and great service, Sunni arrived promptly and was charming, helpful and polite. He quickly got to the bottom of our issue, and showed me how to diagnose and rectify the issue. He also gave general advice on how to look after tumble dryers - so grateful that we rang Busy Bees instead of buying a new dryer!

We found Busy Bees from the many positive reviews online & I had excellent service from the moment I called them. Sonia in the office was helpful and professional and called me the day before my appointment to make sure it was still ok. I got a courtesy call the day of the appointment to give me a time window & a call to let me know that Sonny was running late. When he arrived, Sonny was knowledgable and sorted out my issue quickly. He was upfront about costs before commencing with the work and asked me if I wanted to proceed. He explained everything he was doing and how the machine worked and was quick to remedy the issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and I will definitely use again.

He didn’t charge us any extra for having to come back & he cleaned & balanced the machine for use at no extra cost. Our washing machine door seal was torn and we needed a well priced repair. Our experience with Busy Bee was top class from first call to the end. Although the price was slightly higher than the second choice the reviews won us over and we weren't disappointed. Excellent phone service and next day repair. I would definitely recommend this company. They repaired my faulty condenser dryer. Sunny was my engineer he came when he said he was going to, was very friendly, explained what he was doing the whole time and was open and upfront about the cost. He also gave little tips on how to get the best out of the dryer and even cleaned up the mess afterwards. Sunny was fully masked up and kept his distance which should help to alleviate any concerns you may have during the pandemic. Most importantly the dryer now works a treat and I have saved as I was seriously considering just buying a new one. Thanks again Sunny great job!

Main Double oven heater element failed - called Busy Bee Repairs and had a call back to confirm the part would be supplied and fitted - estimate of part cost and labour provided .... not sure why they quote Excl VAT given majority of repairs will be domestic ... that said Sunni was polite, fast and efficient - he checked the repair and cleaned part that were otherwise inaccessible.c

Sonny arrived the day after arranging the appointment, he was on time.
Very professional, it was a user error by one of the family members who had activated a delay timer on the dishwasher. Sonny was extremely honest when he diagnosed the fault, he has saved me the expense of a new diswasher. I wouldn't hesitate in recomending him to my friends and family. I selected Busy Bees on the basis of the reviews.
