Unfortunately, they are not professional, if you can stay away. I asked them to come for a jump start, which they charged me £60. They guaranteed that after my jumpstart for the next 45mins (the duration of the drive to charge the battery) they will come back and give me another jumpstart. I went for an hour drive and got back to the location where they provided the jumpstart. I stopped the car, the battery was flat again. I called and asked them for another jumpstart and they refused because I was 15mins out of the guarantee. The guy said he'll come if I pay another £20 for the petrol. I found their service really unprofessional.
