Great selection of sewing machines and Keith is very knowledgeable, he helped me chose my latest sewing machine. Service was great start to finish. They have everything you would need for sewing which makes such a nice change from trying to pick items online. They were also taking lots of Covid related safety measures so you feel more comfortable shopping, thanks!

Rang shop about servicing my second hand machine. Was told it would be £215 !! Because I didn't buy it from them I presume. Found a company that charge the standard £97.50 for a service . I couldn't afford a new machine so I'm being penalised for buying second hand .

If you have basic sewing machine, this is not the place to take it for a service. Even though I specifically told them before hand that the machine is only worth £200 they said it would be worth servicing. The quote came back at £125 to oil and clean the machine. What a joke

Absolute life savers!
Went in with a seemingly unsolvable problem with my mechanical sewing machine, and instantly got the equipment and expertise that I needed! Clearly very knowledgeable people who are friendly and willing to help. The selection of fabrics etc had me drooling and, as another customer so rightly said "I could stay in there for hours"!
I'll never darken the doorway of Hobbycraft again; smaller places like these need to be supported!
