Rayvon is amazing! Visited this store during the pandemic and everyone was wearing masks and were taking the proper precautions. Very satisfied with the amazing service and left with a phone, case, and a portable charger that met all my needs! He had previously set up my DirecTV and I recommend Rayvon for your satellite TV installations! Will be returning anytime I need anything else!

Everyone already know what this is all about. The service is currently 1:1 so no spouse or wingman. The staff is acceptionally trained and knowledgeable with excellent customer skills. I came in for a possible phone purchase and to discuss the plans they offered and upgraded our plan which now includes HBO max. Since the cable companies are going to streaming services as well, AT&T will be there as a competitor for your entertainment. It's always good to have options. Both companies currently do not offer local channels which evens the playing field and removes that advantage the cable company had. A coworker has installed an antenna for local channels and AT&T TV and seems happy with the situation especially the price. Today we will go out and buy a rooftop antenna and see if it works for us as well. May be getting the scissors and cut a cable and some possibly make some savings as well. Wish us luck!

Don't expect to bring the family inside. They will only allow one individual in per rep, no exceptions. This is a corporate policy do to Covid-19. My visit once inside was very friendly, fast, and easy. No issues to complain about.

Go to the Tikahtnu store (corporate). Eagle River store is a third party retailer and miss informs and does not make their mistakes right. Tikahtnu didn't correct the Eagle River store mistakes either but were very understanding and tried to assist. AT&T loyalty department didn't make good for the Eagle River stores mistakes either. As a longtime AT&T customer I am extremely disappointed. Thank you DM at Tikahtnu for your attempts. AT&T doesn't care about loyal customers. There resent promotion is a scam to lure you in.

If you want EXCELLENT service, go see Ousmann at the Tikahtnu AT&T location. I bought a new phone there and was having difficulty making a simple call. The kind rep helping me didn’t figure it out. The next day, Ousmann spent seconds looking at the issue and had it resolved in minutes. The guy knows his stuff!

So my trip this time was to fix an issue. The previous night I did a curbside. Did not go the best. Called the Manager, he was attentive and concise as well as thorough in the follow through. Very happy with the final outcome and would advise if you had any issue in the store please reach out to the store manager. So glad I did.

We really wanted to like AT&T but Customer service is confused and can't figure out where the problems are , both on the phone and in person. Now we're having to go through automated phone calls and multiple in person appointments that are essentially a waste of time .AT&t and Verizon (our previous provider) keep blaming each other for the problem and sending us back and forth to each store .... currently looking for a better company.

If I give 0/10, I would give a negative score. Let me start with, Customer Service is what I do for a living. Never, have I ever had an experience like this. Was Greeted by a gentleman named David. His tone was arrogant and condescending from the jump. I was there to upgrade two phones and get an Ipad for work. After two hours, I walked out. The gentleman had a phone piece in talking on the phone - so when I was talking to him, he wasn’t actually talking to me or answering any questions. He belittled me the entire time. At one point, I said okay I’ll switch out with my boyfriend so he could do his phone (only 1 person per sales rep), and his response was “I’m not working with him because I haven’t taken my lunch.” I brought up the Ipad and he miraculously had an hour to do that. I was asked what color phone I’d like if the options being be black, blue, or silver. I chose black. Half way through after paying for cases and screen protectors, I’m handed the phone with the case on, I take the case off, and the phone is blue. I ask about it, and the guy says that they don’t have black in stock. It would have been nice to have been givin the option to decline or proceed at that point, but instead just chose a blue phone without saying anything and then threw such a fit after I brought it up., it felt snaky. The entire experience made me feel so small and humiliated by the sales person and I will never come back to this store. I have coming to this location for 8 years. I undid my entire purchase as I did not want to give commissions to a salesperson who thought nothing of my presence as a human being. The manager was nice, but it didn’t help at that point. DO NOT GO HERE.

Long wait!! And they can't help you with anything accept spending money. Anything else, they tell you to do it on line.. BUT THEY STOPED MY AUTO PAY AND THERE FOR HAVE NO WAY TO GO ONLINE. Very much waist of my time unless planning to spend lots of money and buy more services. OH I forgot to mention. THEY COULD DO MY AUTO PAY ONLY IF I WAS WILLING TO PAY 60 NOT 50 uuugh! But only after I paid the outrageous $75 so i go home and do it myself on Line. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!

I've had several issues with the team at this store when adding two lines to our business plan from another carrier. The original representative at this store enrolled one of the lines in ATT Next Up when we explicitly denied this service, against our consent. There were improper charges on our billing that the manager, Marcus, stated he would call me back the next business day regarding credits that should have been applied to the account, but never did. Our credits were not retroactively applied as stated by Marcus until I spent an hour on the phone with ATT Corporate, 3 months after initiating service. I do appreciate that Marcus had a professional demeanor throughout our encounters, and the credits finally appeared appropriately on our last bill. For that I will give an additional star on my rating. Please take your business to another ATT location if competence and follow-through is a priority.

I had the worst day ever and Angie listened to me vent about Asurion and how rude they were and helped me solve the problem. I ended up being able to actually walk out with a smile. No thanks to Asurion, I was going to switch carriers because of Asurion but Angie was helpful amd not insensitive about my situation.

Visited the store on Muldoon. Was greeted by Bobby. He cracked the door just far enough to put his mouth in the door. He was arrogant and treated customers like they were diseased. He wasn’t kind and didn’t crack a smile. It was the worst experience. This is my second visit and second encounter with this employee. I would never hire him to work with my customers.

This store was absolutely amazing Thomas was so accommodating and they made me feel welcome and safe amidst the pandemic! The store manager Eric went above and beyond to ensure he met the wireless needs for my family! I went to the Tikahtnu store today for a number of reasons. One of my tablets would not cast, also I needed to upgrade an old phone, and I also I needed help with getting some additional merchandise for my son. Today I had the wonderful experience of working with Mr. Bobby Brown who was not only extremely knowledgeable but also overwhelmingly helpful. To the point; we reached a resolution on all of my needs within a matter of about an hour. I want to thank him personally and thank AT&T for the quality of employees they have acquired and seem to maintain at the Tikahtnu store. Thanks again Mr. Brown, Pastor Williams

Just waited an hour and a half after being put in line due to the store restricting how many people can be in the store. When we gave our information, the guy never said anything about only one person being seen at a time. The guy never put us in the queue. Told us we can be seen right away, however only one at a time. Terrible customer service.

AUTPAY USERS BEWARE!!!! I recently decided to change to a local number after moving to Anchorage. At first they told me I could do it without changing the sim card, but ultimately I was told I would have to. No problem. They set me up with a new sim card and prepaid service just like my old one. The folks at the store were really helpful and tried their best to get me in and out as quickly as they could. BUT....they did not tell me I was responsible for cancelling the service on my old sim card. They took my old sim card, threw it in the garbage, and told me I was good to go. Set me up with autopay, just like I had on the old account. Next time I look at my card statement I see that the autopay went through on my old account even though I had been setup with a new one. Okay, let's call AT&T and see what's up. I was told I can't be refunded for the charge to my old account since I didn't cancel it. What a joke! Bottom line is, the folks in the store need better training. They should know that if they are throwing away someone's prepaid account the autopay needs to be cancelled.

I cannot believe how annoyed I was with my experience here. Out of all the AT&T stores, this one is the worst! I waited 20 mins for service. The technician who helped me today was the most annoying kid ever! I eventually had to talk to his supervisor. If there was an option for -5 stars I would choose that one!!! I told him from the beginning that I have an outstanding bill. He tries to see if I have any deals that he can help “lower my bill”. I told him I was on a time crunch. 1 hour later he tries to tell me what I told him from the beginning. That he can’t help me with adding a line.. because of my outstanding bill. When all I wanted was a month to month option!! Freaking annoying! No wonder there is always a long wait!!

My grandson and I visited the store on Sunday afternoon in order for him to purchase some accessories for his iPhone. He stood in line and patiently waited till one of the employees came to the door. There were other patrons who arrived later and the employee asked to help them as if my grandson were invisible. The employee ignored my grandson and when I pointed out to her that my grandson was first she verbally attacked me. Not only was she rude and condescending to me, she demonstrated that she is disrespectful to minors of color.

Thomas and Eric were very helpful with trying to solve the problems with purchasing a new phone. AT&T operators and online representatives had given me very conflicting information and I can honestly say I wouldn't trust anything they say over the phone or online during AT&T chat. I arrived at the store and couldn't get my phone as promised by the representative due to an error in order processing. I was told I would be able to port my old number and pick up the phone in the store and needless to say none of that happened. After spending a hour in the store I left with nothing but disgruntled feelings about the lack of communication and knowledge the phone and online representatives have. Again, the store representatives were Awesome! They were trying to get things done and I thank them for all of their help.

Amazing customer service! Lui was extremely professional and considerate of my family's mobile needs. We're new to Alaska due to being military, and he was happy to explain all of my questions and breakdown EVERYTHING about the costs. He made some great recommendations and even kicked around a few ideas about possibly waiting for special promos that were around the corner. Rather than pushing for a sale on the spot, he wanted us to have the best options before we locked in for 30 months (though this was not necessary, we signed that day because we found a great deal). If you stop by this AT&T location, he's your man.
