Took our laptop in to be mended. We were concerned that we may lose data but another member of staff said that if we sent a hard drive with it they could back it up before working on it. It would also be free as we have insurance. Lucky for us he was around as no one else had mentioned it. Helpful staff and plenty of free parking ☺

Awful service. Staff advised the opposite of their online staff. Had to start an online chat whilst in store to prove we were not lying, and we had to call customer service and pass the phone to them. Problem was only resolved when the manager came over. Will not be using them again!

Took ages to get any service, had to call out to grab anyone's attention, then was told they didn't have what we wanted in stock, despite online saying they did, could have been offered a display item but they weren't prepared to do any discount, was finally just advised with a shrug to order online.
