They are very dishonest. I sent a PS4 Pro with my games and accessories to be sold. They were very slow to look at my items, which is not the main issue. The problem is that they offered £150 for a 'great condition' with all the original accessories and box. They write to me a few days later claiming my PS4 does not read game discs. I had just restored it and tested it the morning I sent it off, so I knew this to be untrue. They revise their offer to £55 because at this point they claim it's a paperweight and useless. I decline their offer and demand them to send it back to me. Low and behold it arrives today. I open it and there it is, FIFA 16 installed on the hard drive. A game they used to test the system. It couldn't have downloaded to the hard drive if it was not reading game discs. I then tested it myself with Spider-Man and it immediately started downloading. They tried to scam me for £100 and I'm glad I wasn't foolish enough to take their offer. Avoid at all costs, very dishonest!

Honest personal review: Sending the item was straight forward. They sent royal mail to collect. It Took a while for a response from them. Once the response arrived. They tried telling me the item was scratched ( did not look scratched when i sent it off) They also said the attschdd item had something missing (again the item had everything intact) They also said i had not sent one attachment which was correct only because i had forgotten to include it however it is worth noting there was no mention to include this at the pos at the time. They offered me a lower valuation in my case i had to accept as i was put in a position to. (So bare this in mind when dealing with a company like this). In the future i won't be dealing with them. Glad it was not an expensive item to experience how they operate. My advice, take your items elsewhere. (P.s. always take pics of your item before you send them)

Pretty quick customer service, though the time it takes them to recieve and check the product may take time, mines took like 3-4 working days.
