We bought a new laptop. Excellent. However we paid extra to have software installed. They said they would call when ready. They didn't. Impossible to reach them by phone. Instead we had to drive back. Found the laptop sitting behind the counter.

Customer service in this store in particular is absolutely outrageous, all of the staff should be trained in customer service as no one bothers to help you, at all, while having a lot of staff in store. They (the staff) are all a group of 3 to 4 standing next to each other talking in other language and not even looking at the customer either if they need help or not, or even bothering to ask them? Please, check your cameras if you have. Then when asked for help, they let you wait for a good 10mins as there is important paperwork that takes place before they could help you even standing by the till, to ask if they can help me. Eventually getting through one staff, asking for help if they could find a particular item for me, non bother even to look for it and you should as a customer look for it yourself on the shelfs. Your staff don't recheck at the end of buying a product if its the right match or the colours you were looking for, especially if it's not an expensive product, the only interest they have is how to involve you into their insurance and why you don't want it? They don't inform you at all about the return policy. Its a real shame. This is the main reason why stores are closing because that touch of customer service you think you will get in store is even worse then online shopping. We are trying to purchase products from stores to make sure all people still have jobs, but like this it's really looking bad.

Called to sort out a TV that was being repaired. ALL I wanted was them to resend a e-voucher email because it was accidently deleted from my email. I spent over an hour being transferred to FIVE different people, who all said they would transfer me to the correct department. EVENTUALLY ended up at a dead end ringing machine where I spent 10 more minutes listening to a continuous phone dial. Hung up after wasting over an hour of my life being pointlessly transferred to random people. EDIT: A few hours after I posted this review the e-voucher email was re-sent to me! Not sure if someone working for curry's is monitoring these google reviews but that was very surprising and saved me from having to go into the store later that day to sort this out! Thank you very much Curry's! Still only giving this review 3 stars as the customer service was sub-par =[

It's a store carrying kitchen white goods with electrical, computer and photographic equipment. It's like any curry pc world if you have been there. Car parking is ok weekdays but might get tight weekends. It shares parking with a wickes.

The team on the 'Curry's side were amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful for what we were looking for. Butvthe Carphone warehouse team were abrupt, rude, clueless and seemed like they want to fob you off the the other guys, not sure what the point of having a dedicated phone specialist in store when they are VERY rude and done pay attention to customers, we got more help from a Curry's worker even though we were looking at phones, its a joke really. Get rid of the carphone section and this store could get a 5 star rating

All stuff were at reasonable rates and with guarantees! But the main problem here is with the timings, It closes soon some days.. so better check with timings before visiting here. The Products bought from here are of good quality and customer service is at its best.

Had a look online for the computer I wanted, luckily they had it in this store. I was ready to pay £2000 but found the staff really unhelpful, not willing to even look for what I wanted. In the current climate of people looking for work, you'd think these lucky people with jobs would want to keep them. Sort it out or you'll be the next store closing down!!!!!

Rude and won’t care or help unless you are buying a high purchase item. They just reopened and clearly should have stayed closed. I spoke to 5 different people all brushing me off because I only needed a kettle and they were too busy and kept saying someone will come in 2 mins just to be forgotten. Then the icing on the cake was the warehouse dude who just told me I should bear with it . So I left and I am never going back again. Very different when I bought my £600 tv! But it was a different branch and this one has rotten customer service and looks half empty.

They falsely advertised that they would be a replacement for the laptop after having 2 repairs however when we went to the store they refused to replace it and even after showing them on writing their own terms and condition, they said that the laptop must have 3 repairs for a replacement to occur on the 4th breakdown

Maany of the staff are really unprofessional, ignoring customers, on their phone, or otherwise dismissive. It's a shame because places like this are being squeezed by the online competition. Their only unique quality is the human interaction so they'd be better of with quality over quantity. 1 or 2 very helpful staff would run laps around 12 ignorant ones. Otherwise tidy and food if you need things in a hurry (except graphics cards - which they didn't have but seems to be a problem nationally).
