Good service station with good facilities and friendly staff but despite being made aware of leaking pump nozzles on at least 5 occasions in recent times, they have not been fixed. The diesel nozzles in particular leak all over your hands and clothes. There are regularly no plastic gloves available so if you are planning to use this petrol station be prepared to be covered in leaking fuel.

Such a good garage the staff are really cool nice people however there’s one or two members of staff who are a bit irritating but like that’s okay I don’t really mind. I always walk to the shell garage to buy chocolate in my pyjamas and the staff don’t ever judge me which is great, I love this garage. Okay bye

Probably seems silly to comment on this now but many years ago (2012 looking back on some emails!) I was traveling for the first time in the UK, for work. Being an incompetent American driver navigating British roads for the very first time in my life I hopped a curb and popped the driver's side tire. I must say it was a bit overwhelming driving the UK for the first time, driving a standard shift on my left instead of right, navigating roundabouts - a pretty novel driving concept for us Yanks - as well as being unable to use my mobile phone (my work had in fact NOT set it up for international coverage before I left), and having no cash at all (the rental car company charged my personal bank debit card over $900US to my card for the week I was in England) - not to mention coming effectively overnight on the 11-hour flight from California and already being quite jet-lagged. Guess it's good I didn't hit anyone thankfully trying to keep my head on straight! Anyway I popped the tire RIGHT before this very petrol station. My Volvo limped into the station just as evening was falling and I was quite uncertain what to do. I came into the store and everyone there was incredibly accommodating and helpful and let me use their phone to call the rental car company's help line and wait in the store as it was quite chilly that night (it was around Christmas time). I'd doubt if any of those employees are even there any more but perhaps they'll come across this some day and get a chuckle. Let's just say Shell was well represented that night and a totally clueless and exhausted American was incredibly grateful for their help. A mechanic came after a bit and drove me to my hotel in Corby as the tire could not be swapped that evening. I finally charged some food to my room as I was absolutely ravenously hungry at that point and had not been able to get any cash. Thanks employees of Shell Station in Moulton circa 2012!

One of the best petrol stations around. Always clean and tidy. Looks fresh and new. Large shop with wide variety of snacks etc, good deals like 2 for £2 on certain items, this is constant. Has a jet wash and drive through car wash. It has a Vacuum, Air line and Water station, the staff are always friendly and greet you with a smile. The only negative point is there are no customer toilets.

Good garage but their Shell carwash is an utter disappointment - not serviced regularly and when it breaks down it's for long and you end up paying subscription for nothing; poor wash needs refurbishment because it squeaks and twitches while operating.

Never had a problem at this station, the staff are always courteous and helpful, seem happy all the time.
Only had to wait to fuel up once in 7yrs when I fill up here and I fill up every 10 to 12 days or so.

Called in and bought a bunch of red roses for £14.99 for Valentine's Day for my wife, she put them straight in water, by 3.00pm they where drooping, this mornings they are dead, disgusting what a waste of money will not go there again.

NEVER fail to feel happy loved and properly cared for here.The manager john will go out off his way to help you and when I see his face I ALWAYS get a smile and nice comment,he cheers me up.Donna is another person who puts a smile on my face in the mornings she will ALWAYS be nice polite funny and generally a all round decent person she is a asset to the company as far as I'm concerned. I know Donna from school and she is lovely to me would defiantly miss her if she left.There is also a new girl who started recently called Sarah she's lovely too calls me darling with a big smile she is nice bless her. So yeh overall this shell garage is AMAZING John is like my best friend ever (even if he dont know it lol :) ) This garage is like mine and my husband's second home we dont always get feul when we come sometimes we just chill with a coffee and or pasty talking when its not busy.Keep doing a great job guys love u all X p.s since John has left it's become all about the money to the point you are still charged for shuff that doesn't work not happy anymore
