Went in on the off chance of an appointment and luckily they had a vacancy. I had a deep tissue massage which was a bit painful to be honest (but I expected it would be). It sorted my shoulder out but left me with sore legs for a couple of days, but I think that's normal! Clean facilities and friendly staff. Would definitely go back.
