Best beauty salon I have ever visited. Welcoming atmosphere. Had my nails done by professional manicure master Daiva. Same day I had completely change to my hairstyle and I was amazed by hairdresser Ilana. ❤❤ I booked a second appointment for my Laser Face treatment by Sandra and Eda ( this two Ladies doing magic job) I Love this place ❤❤A big thank you Ladies ❤❤

I get my nails done here as I trust technician and she does a good job. She takes 2hours to get my nails done whereas in other salons for the same price you get a rushed 45 min appointment. Also, the owner of the salon is always welcoming and offers tea and coffee on arrival.However I scored 4 stars as I feel they should have pay by card option and not cash only.

I use the service of this salon more than a year. Last few times stylist Zenia did my hair and i find her particularly good professional. There is strong attention to detail, pleasant and friendly communication manner. Job is done in time and no mistakes. Good value for money. I would recommend this salon to anyone

I've been using their sunbeds for a while and everytime I go there, they are rude and unprofessional. If you don't speak their language, they look at you in disgust which is not very smart given I AM PAYING YOU. I went to the sunbed a week ago and had makeup on, I obviously had to take it off before putting cream on and getting in the sunbed which took around 10 minutes, I then began my sunbed session for 12 minutes (WHICH AGAIN I PAID FOR) after finishing I cleaned the sunbed and someone knocked on my door but wouldn't answer back to me I then got dressed and got out. I was being polite and said thank you to one of the girls that work there, she had very light blonde hair(almost white) and she was wearing glasses. She turned around to me and said "yes but next time can you quicker because people waiting" she obviously doesn't speak very good english and she isn't polite at all after using such a demanding tone. I turned around to her and said "I was taking my makeup off". May I remind you that I pay to use that sunbed? I don't go in there for free. I obviously need time to get undressed as I don't go in the sunbed dressed, and then lay inside the sunbed for the minutes I BOUGHT. Horrible customer service, not recommended at all. Get some new staff or start being nicer.

The most terrible hair cut I've ever had.I showed pictures and colour what I want , they did not even bothered to look at them. I have mess on my head, look like 65yo granny now. Full of tears when out from salon!

I have been to this salon many times before to use there sunbeds. There sunbeds are really nice but the intial greeting at reception is awful, no smile, no offer of cream, no explanation initially on how to work the sunbed, you dont even get told if somone is currently using the bed and how long you should expect to wait, staff wise there unprofessional. You have to clean the bed yourself when you have finished, not all customers do this, staff dhould check this, why should a customer pay to use the bed and then have to clean somone elses sweat off before they use it, its appalling

My boyfriend just returned with an awful hair cut. First of all, he was booked for 12:45, however had to wait for 20 minutes, no one even apologised. The hair cut didn't turn out to be what he wanted and when asked to style it, the hairdresser said she had no time!!!!!!! Charged the full amount and didn't even bother to clean off the hair from face, neck, shoulders and ears. Absolety disgusting - AVOID

This is the worst salon I have ever been to .firstly they are so sooo rude like you are stealing from them .secondly I went to make my hair blond there and I went out with brown/poop/caramel hair which they call (ash blonde ) it's terrible.
