Will definitely use these guys again. They picked up the car from my house and brought it back for free. No additional work was carried out before fully informing me of additional costs. New brakes fitted, new tire, new plugs, with full service and mot all completed on the day for a reasonable price. Nice one.

Alistair was really professional and friendly.
They didn't overcharge me when they easily could have.
Feels like a have a brand new car after the service and they kept everything clean.

Booked our car in for an service, rear brakes discs & pads and MOT. Car picked up and dropped off on tim. All work completed and cost was very good compared to some other garages. Good honest people and would recommend. My car is now running a lot smoother because of Drew and his professionalism.

BookMyGarage is a site intended to make reservations at 3rd party garages. I booked through the site and turned up at the garage on the arranged day and they knew nothing of my booking - they'd never even heard of the website. The website notes that 'if you've not heard from the garage before the appointment you should contact them'. Whats the point of the booking site if you have to call the garage anyway?.
Website is nice.....very simple to use.....the open question is what it does?.

First time I have used CVS Motors and was extremely impressed with the service given. My car was collected at the time stated and then later informed of advisory work for MOT. First time of driving car after service and it feels like it has more power and a new lease of life. Can not fault any part of the service given from collection to delivery. Will definitely recommend and use again. Well done to all involved.

I cannot recommend this garage highly enough!! Great professional staff, excellent customer service, trustworthy & fair prices, great user friendly website booking tool also. Ive used a couple times now for both MOT and annual service. They even kindly went totally out of their way and beyond! to help me in an emergency with a flat battery!! Great service and advice as usual. They advised me to have an antifreeze service alongside my major service and MOT. I had been advised elsewhere that my brakes were low but they reassured me that they did not need changing yet and the reason why. I was very pleased to keep the costs down.

Took my car to SJC Motors, Sutton for a full service and MOT. When I went to get the car back, they said my car didn’t need all the work that would be done under full service (e.g. air filter was still like new) since I don’t drive much in a year. So they charged me for a small service instead. I also requested a wheel rotation which they did under the service cost.
Really appreciate them offering the reduced rate even though they didn’t need to. Very happy overall and an easy recommendation from me.

ID Coachworks Ltd, Hebburn, NE31 1EH --> Great service and very friendly staff. I have used them twice now and both times I have been met with professionalism, friendliness, good quality work and very fair prices.
I would highly recommend them.
Only downside is be aware of their closing times! I waited 5 hours for a call back to say the work had been completed, but heard nothing, so rang and was told it was done but they shut in 30 minutes. - Other than a slight miss communication on this one occasion it has never happened again and the service has been brilliant.

Had an MOT (failed); the inspector explained the failures and the advisories in detail. All aspects taken as repair. MOT retest passes the vehicle and advisories all sorted as well. Excellent service given in all aspects; front office, repair work and fair cost.
Will definitely use this garage again and I recommend their services as well; the icing on the cake was a free courtesy car for the duration of my car being repaired.

First time I've used this company. Booked an MOT and Service online which was simple to do. It was also helpful as you can see what is included in the service and can compare with other options. The booking was followed up by the garage with an email to confirm, and a time quickly arranged. The garage did the job when they said they would at the agreed price, and I'd be happy to return in the future.

This book my garage is amazing! I will always use this when it comes to book my MOT or service or infact anything to do with my cars. Even recommended it to friends.
It saves money instantly, the prices it gives are prices not even the dealership can offer, apparently these are third party prices and they just can't be beaten!

I’ve been using Blackburn’s for the last couple of years now. Excellent service. They really make you feel valued and often go the extra mile to help while never pushing you to have work done that isn’t necessary (I’ve fallen foul of this one elsewhere). Communication is excellent.

Overall a very good site. An option to cancel a booking would be useful! As the garage I first booked could not do the job. Trying to book another garage on the same day was impossible without changing the original booking date to a different date. Thus having 2 bookings

This is a great idea, but it's only as good as the data that the local mechanics keep up to date. Three times I made bookings online for an MOT and was then called by the garage to advise that they had no space at the time and date I'd booked.
I'm not sure how you solve this issue, but if you can then a 5 star service for sure
