Very helpful attendant, no wheel washes at present so hope they restart them soon.
Plastic trim of roof rails came off during wash which hadn't happened on previous occasions but when I returned after realising what had happened the attendant was very helpful and the part was found inside the wash area.

Once again I can only highly compliment the operative who pre-cleaned my car. This time it was Ali. My car emerged from the wash absolutely spotless. These operatives in the Ashby branch are a credit to the company.

Closed 35 minutes early on Tuesday evening. You’d think with a queue of customers you wouldn’t be closing up early when you’re going into lockdown for a month... my father and I went to clean our cars and he went first in his blue Kia Sportage and was happy with it, by the time I brought my red Kia Rio round the guy told us he was shut. It was 5:55pm but it says on Google and on the billboard that it closes at 6:30pm. As I work for the NHS on my day off I wanted to make my car look good as it was my last opportunity before the lockdown to get my car washed and due to this place closing early, I lost that opportunity. Really unprofessional to close early when there wasn’t just me waiting, a lot of others behind me waiting to go. Either update your opening hours to accurately represent the real closing time - 5:55pm - or talk to the man working that shift, because it’s not on really.

I always use this car wash. I find the gentleman who works there to be very friendly, patient and always efficient. It can be intimidating at some car washes and I never have felt that way here, I know it’s down to the chap who is always working here. He deserved 10 out of 10!!! Thank you!!!

Brought in an extremely muddy 4x4 and the chap did a fantastic job! Will certainly come back. I think most car washes would of turned us away with how muddy the car was or charged us a whole lot more!

It may only be £0.01p but if the board advertises a basic wash at £1.99, how can the assistant/owner take it upon himself to round it up to £2.00. I wish I checked the the chip and pin machine. Don't trust this site.
