Quality Product but THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in the business. The young lady at the front desk and answering the phones was rude, condescending, and outright awful to us. She wouldn't transfer to a manager, or a sales rep. and hung up after yelling. When I called back she hung up again. I will informing our local wholesalers about this. Shame on you Iseli for hiring this person...they are your doorkeeper and should be kind, honest, and forthright with your potential clients...not rude, obnoxious, and degrading. This is not the way to treat people, no matter how busy things are. SHAME! If you're a wholesale or nursery owner please think twice and do business with another grower.

Terrible customer service, worst and most rude office staff. Your phone lady is horrible and should be disciplined. Busy times is not an excuse to treat your client poorly.

I'm a truck driver and picked up a load the other day from here for the first time. I gotta say that they are very nice people there and you get too enjoy breathtaking scenery while they load/unload you! Thank you for the pleasurable experience Iseli Nursery and hope to be back to visit y'all soon!
