This is the best place to come for your landscaping needs! I was just there on Saturday. They have excellent customer service and they know their trees, plants, etc.... Whenever I call, Stephanie is always so polite and goes out of her way to find the answers. Neil and Landen is amazing on helping me to make the right decisions in choosing what trees or plants that would work for certain areas. I’ve been coming here for years and I love how they are always willing to help. Thank you!

Today was our first time there. Our daughter told us about it. This place is amazing. For mother's day my daughter and son bought me rose bushes from there that keep blooming during the summer. So glad we went and will definitely be going back for shrubs. They have it all. The country store is an added bonus too.

I would like to give the nursery 0 stars but that is not an option.. Unfortunately I will no longer purchase any items from this nursery. The staff was rude and their incompetence about their knowledge of the plants in their store baffled me. Also when I asked staff to retrieve a hanging plant on display the response was "we are not allowed to sell plants that are on the top rung." What!? Why are they on display for sale? Very poor service. I usually spend over $300 for my plants every year. My business will go to another nursery that prides itself in customer satisfaction.

The woman working in the green house was very helpful and knowledgable. This place charges the customer 3.99% of their total bill if you use a credit card OR debit card!! Are you serious?!! Who goes to a garden center to buy trees, stone, mulch or alot of plants and pays by cash? We won't be back, there are many wonderful nurseries in our area that truly welcome business and are happy to take a debit or credit card with no added expense. buh bye Adams!

Ditto the comment on service fee of 4% charged on any credit charge purchase. Didn't notice until I checked my credit card charges. They don't even warn you that they do that. Very disappointing. Won't be going back to Adam's for any more purchases.

Adams nursery guarantees shrubs for 1 year from date of purchase. We brought a photo of and receipt for our dead Hydrangea within the 1 year time period. We were sent from one cashier to someone in the yard. Finally, after several questions, the woman wrote up the store credit. We waited to cash out & when we finally got our turn, that cashier said she doesn't know how to cash this out. So, we were sent to the store cashier, who cashed us out. For the same size plant, were charged $4 more, because of the price increase. We argued that they were replacing the shrub, as promised in their guarantee. She said we still have to pay the difference. Then that same cashier charged me 24.99 for a perennial that cost 10.99. So, we had to go wait in line again. They voided the first sale, but refused to provide me with proof of the voided sale. Then rang up the order again. I will NEVER EVER step foot in Adams Nursery again. They have lost a repeat customer. I recommend you go somewhere else for your plants.

After spending over $700 on trees, bushes, and perennials for our landscaping at our new home, 2 of the bushes that we bought died less than 2 weeks later. So I called Adam’s to see what we had to do to get them replaced, since they have a “GUARANTEED” warranty. They told me to take pictures and videos of the plants to prove that I had planted them correctly and then bring in the pictures and videos for their “plant expert” to look at. At first she told me that there was no possible way they could have been dead yet because I had them for less than 2 weeks. After looking at the pictures she told me to go home and raise them up about an inch, she made me buy this $20 bag of fertilizer to put on them, and then signed off my receipt and said that if they didn’t come back to life within 2-3 weeks they could honor the warranty and replace my plants. It’s now 3 weeks later and these bushes are completely dead. I called and explained what my situation was and that I followed the steps she told me to and they were still dead. I was told to come in and they would replace the bushes. So I go in and now someone else needs to see updated pictures, which I happened to take before coming in, even though they didn’t ask me to. Now this lady, after the third time of me coming in, is telling me that they will not honor the warranty because I didn’t plant them correctly to begin with. There were over five people at this place that looked at my pictures and videos and no one mentioned this. I bought 6 of the same bush, planted them all the same way, all along the front of my house, and 4 are if beautiful bushes that have tripled in size, and the other 2 are dead. I didn’t do anything different with these two plants. I followed the directions I was given by the “plant expert” when I purchased all of the plants, I followed the directions that were given to me on the buckets of the plants to a t. I did everything I was told to do. And now they won’t honor their warranty because apparently I killed them. By doing what they told me to do. These were $60 bushes, so I’m just out $120 because they won’t follow through with their warranty. The staff here are the most unfriendly, unknowledgeable people I have ever worked with, they are extremely over priced, and they scam people out of their money. I have already contacted my lawyer about the situation and will be pursuing legal action. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here or wasting your time or money. Go elsewhere.

Adams has always been one of my favorite nurseries for roses. You're not going to find just rows of Knock-Outs, which I consider a plus. And every season they seem to have some new annual I've never seen before. On average, I'd say they're a little on the pricier side, but definitely worth a look around.

Adams staff goes above and beyond to help you with whatever questions you have. We did a DIY landscape design with Kim. She did an amazing job designing our landscaping and then helped us pick out each bush together when we were ready to pick up and take home. She is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

I would give 5 stars, but they were sold out of the Midnight Black Mulch, which was my main reason to go there. I still managed to spend over $100. I do love Adams, and they really are a 5 star Garden Center.

My wife and purchased about $600 in flowers. Adam's needed to void out the sale due to forgetting to honor a discount on some items. The sale's associate explained that the sale would be voided out and would not go through the bank. I then discovered that we were charged for both sales. I went back to Adam's after checking our bank accounts, and they said they would have to wait for their ACCOUNTANT" to look at it in a few days. Still waiting....Very over priced, and not very friendly people. At ADAM'S Nursery.......... The customer is seldom Right.

Got what I needed but I will admit, I was disappointed that there was literally no social distancing at all. Obviously memorial day weekend, but it was wall to wall people.
They could have had arrows for the aisles and better placement for people in line to check out. When I left the parking lot was 100% full and there were people parked wayyyyy down the side of the road. Definitely room for improvement there.
The flowers and plants are a home run as usual.

I called was told that they had Apricot trees. I drove 45 out and was told that those trees were tagged by landscapers, so landscapers are more important than customers. Was treated rudely by register person. And could not get help out in the yard. Nice plants. Poorly run. I guess I am spoiled by service out in Lockwoods

I love Adam Nursery!! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. We went in with part of a plan on what to plant and looking for advice on how to finish it. The ladies in the yard understood exactly what were trying to do and gave us some great ideas on how to finish the project. The plants are high quality and the prices are extremely fair! For any major planting project Adams is my choice!

Prices at this nursery have become outrageous. I spent $20 for one coneflower plant only because the picture showed a red flower with what looked like white stripes...a variety I had never seen before. It turned out to be a deceptive picture and what looked like to be white stripes was really the underside of the leaves showing. When I went to return the plant 3 days later...they wouldn't take it back because of covid??? When I told them I didn't have the virus...they said they didn't have a note from my doctor. IT'S A PLANT...HOSE IT OFF!!! if you're worried about the virus. They didn't care about their deceptive labeling.

Horrible customer service ... my bill was over $5000 and the woman who was helping me told me to go to Michael’s or Joanne’s for plastic flowers, Because i said i wanted colorful low maintenance flowers!
With all the different nursery one would expect better customer service.
Left all the plants and trees. I’d rather pay more than be treated like that.

I couldn't be happier with my experiences @ Adam's Nurseries. The staff are super friendly, knowledgable and helpful.
Every year, I buy my Christmas tree from Adams and this year I decided to take my autistic brother with me to help pick one out (and decorate it). My brother and I were at the nursery for over an hour finding the perfect tree and while searching I got some excellent advice from a staff member outside. He was very accommodating to my brother and I and super friendly.
While the outside employee started trimming up the tree trunk and getting it wrapped up, I went inside and cashed out with Maryjo who was also extremely friendly and went out of her way to help us and provide us with some info on children's activities and when they occurred.
Lastly, the tree looks beautiful, it's super fragrant and my brother had a blast decorating it. Thanks a ton to Maryjo and the crew at Adam's for helping make our holiday a bit more cheerful. Happy Holidays!

Spend 2 hours in this place today, i did not see 1 dry leaf, this staff really take good care of their plants, wet soil in all this pots. if what you want is healthy plant this is your place!
In regards to prices.... definitely cheaper than online, if you compare them with Lowes and HomeDepo there is a huge difference in quality and care, some plants had the same price as this stores but again, much better conditions. The place was neatly clean (i loved that part) and in the time i spend there 3 employees offer to help me, I'm a foreigner normally i dont get all this cordiality.
Overall in the plant sections expect the same prices as other places but dont look for cheaper because you are paying for quality.

Beautiful layout. Some items are a bit pricey. Person at the register seemed bothered to help find us an item, awkward. Customer service is a bit lacking but you can find just about anything you need here.
