I had a problem with my car and was impressed how quick the process was. The staff are polite and proffesional and i was paid out within the week. They take it personally to call you back and update you on the situation. I was so stressed out but they way my claim was handled i felt at ease. Have just renewed for another 15 months.

AVOID AT ALL COST. If you are buying a vehicle trust me DO NOT pay this company. Bought an Audi Q7, 5 months in suffered a breakdown. No worries I have a warranty on this I thought. After my garage had investigated problem twin injector fault.
Cost of each injector £280 each, when claim approved would pay £100 (minus £35 excess ) for part fitting and labour. So basically £65 for a £800 repair.
These people have no idea about actual cost of anything, or any regard for the people paying them. Save your money and keep it in a pot incase you do need to repair, done fall for this con. Guessing their mechanical expert is actually Dodgy Dave down the pub.
You have been warned, if u deal with them, then enjoy getting nothing for your money.

Purchased a car through a car trader, it had a small fault, contacted the warranty company and they helped me to find a local garage near where I live. The repair cost came to £350 and they fully covered the bill and paid out the same week. Great customer service and very professional. 5 stars!

There seems to be a few questionable good reviews on google, so felt i needed to write a legitimate one. This company seems to have a good relationship with quite a few used car dealerships, these dealerships then explain everything is covered by 'autoselectwarrenties' so your used car is covered on parts failure for a year and they even give you the Platinum premium warranty. This is then a front and when a claim is made they refer you to the t&c's and 'this part' is not covered. Unfortunately, this type of service is happening far too often and sadly they are likely to continue with this practice for a longtime. I’m trying to help those who are considering, however far too often it is too late. This is my opinion dealing with the company and speaking to the lady on the telephone, no technicians or other personnel were ever available. Surprising!

I have purchased 3 vehicles from 3 different local dealership near me who supply Auto select warranties with there vehicles. I am a man of limited means which is probably why the cars i purchase often developed problems. However of the 3 cars I bought have been forced to make 4 claims on auto selects warranties. Not once have I felt belittled, neglected, treated unfairly or ignored. Of the 4 claims 3 were paid out no problems and although they didn't cover the 1 claim i was advised to contact the dealership. I was surprised to find they were very accommodating and offered to pay part of the repair bill.
Great guys i would give them 10 stars if i could.

I got warranty package from auto select warranty company for my car.
Engine issue developed soon after buying the car,I contacted auto select warranties to resolve the issue.
Warranty company had dealt with my complaint the way i had expected.my vehicle’s engine issue has been resolved.i am very satisfied with their complaint dealing procedure and they are professional and provide magnificent customer service.
I would highly recommend them.

Avoid this company at all costs. Brake calipers ARE covered in their paperwork. But if the RAC pick your car up, take it to a garage and you get the work carried out by an approved RAC garage. This appauling company will refuse to pay out on your policy. They are an utter waste of time and will be reported to trading standards. BE WARNED. THE WARRANTY IS NOT WORTH THE PAPER IT IS WRITTEN ON. Trust the 1 star reviews. Not the 5 star reviews they pay for.

Never get bk to you you have to constantly chase them. We then got the work approved sent the bill as was told to then be told they won't pay us bk so we are £1300 put of pocket for there highest cover waste of money avoid at all costs

Do not trust this company, they worm their way out of paying for anything that should be covered by their warranties. My daughter had a Platinum warranty when she bought her car 6 months ago. There have been several problems since, including a problem with the anti roll bar, boot not closing properly, dashboard lights coming on etc. This company has point blank refused to cover anything at all, what on earth is the point of having a warranty if it doesn’t cover what they state. They are a total disgrace and should not be in business. I am reporting them to Trading Standards

I would never choose these for cover your car when your car is like 2007 with mileage exact for the car cause when something goes wrong and it’s faulty they don’t pay out they blame wear and tear cause so not matter type of cover you choose they won’t pay I am desecrated and the attitude you get from the so called customers service is appalling when taking matter further they offer a good free will gesture and don’t give it you cause of rules it’s so shocking please avoid this company it will only stress you out none of this gets stated please be very wary if you wanted to losses money go a head if feels like I have put the £399 in a rubbish bin I don’t like Wasting money I am going to the papers seen about this it’s not fair on people

Great Company, My BMW had a fault with it. The local garage could not fix the fault which was very upsetting. I called Auto Select and the lovely lady i spoke to arranged for a recovery truck to take it to a specialist garage. The garage they arranged managed to find the fault and fix it in record time, 1 DAY!! They even arranged for a complimentary taxi to take me to the garage and collect my car. Amazing Service Highly Recommend.

Be WARNED this is a complete sham of a company. You will not be covered even when you find a fault unless it falls into the small category of parts covered and it was something you physically spot yourself. If you take your car to a garage and the garage finds faults they are not covered.

Brought a bmw 7 series from a car dealership in leaighton Buzzard Who supplied me a warranty.
It had a fault develop after about 6 weeks to the gearbox ecu. They covered the claim and made it very easy. Straight forward process and very friendly staff.
