Have used Shiny since they first opened. In the past they have been efficient with good results. Declining quality in recent years, have returned twice after a wash in 2020 with a persisting layer of grime. The middle of the roof is never wiped down properly. Cheaper and easier to spend 10 minutes with a bucket and unpressurised hose at home.

Always quick, professional and the most comfortable experience ever now as they have a brand new coffee shop on site that’s as nice as any Starbucks or Costa Coffee! Car wash, coffee and hair cuts, it’s just a different level of car wash!!

Great service, asked for a paint touch up to he polished, was not a problem, and to remove window stain. No charge was given. Also Joy Cafe was very nice. Man serving gave me a second sandwhich as first had split in toaster. Very good manners.

So unless you want your car scratched up because they just go round and round on the paintwork avoid this place. Brought a brand new BMW one car wash had swirls all in my paint! Had to get a paint correction and all sorts will never go here ever again! Go to a proper detailer

Very good place to get a carwash as there is many other facilities available along side it for example: car valeting garage, coffee shop (joy) and also a barber shop. These options are all available to make your car wash experience be taken to the next level from your average car wash. Staff are very friendly and communication skills are top class. I personally recommend this to everyone as the best car wash experience you and your family will get.

Fantastic job!!! Highly recommended to use Shiny Hand Car Wash. I brought my car to them with a few scratches and asked if they will be able to remove it they said yes and offered me a inside and out service with it! Car looks brand new. Very pleased with them

This car wash is organised in such a way that you just join a queue of cars as you proceed, the car will be washed in stages. No confusion unlike some others. Not cheap though

I have used this car wash for many years and been fully satisfied. My car is Mercedes GLA 200 and I have always been charged as small car. Today, the guy charged me £11 instead of the usual £8. When I queried he said my car is big!
I have no plan to visit Shiny car wash again,

Staff can’t be asked to clean your car properly, they just want to get it done in a super quick time. I had to get it washed again (elsewhere) coz they’d missed certain areas. The rain would have done a better job.
If you do go to this “car wash”, make sure you get out and make sure they’ve cleaned properly before you leave.
Customer service is non existent because they don’t speak English.

Been a few times now and poor job done every time ,they didn't Hoover out my car even tho charged me .on complaint was told it's busy and there got lots to do ??? Well they still need to do a good job ????no sorry well do it nothing and wouldn't give any refund either .. ONLY interested in the flash cars which they take there time over as I'm sure they get a big TIP ... I'll give them a tip ... don't be rude to customers who only want what there paid for .. my advice .. if you don't drive a flash high end priced car DONT BOTHER GOING .. as you won't get a good job done ... but you prob pay for the cafe and hairdresser that's attached ? Very unhappy with service there and other peop have said exc the same

Seriously the best in the business for a top quality car wash. The only one I know of anywhere in the universe that takes card payments and have a 5 star barista style cafe onsite aswel as a 5 star classic barber shop. This place is really something else. They always have lots of staff on site and if you want a really good inside out valet and you're willing to pay just £5 more they have some really good products to give you an even more than immaculate finish but as they need to spend more time it's better to plan it where you leave your car whilst having a coffee, order your shopping click and collect from Sainsburys which is literally across the road, have a haircut and pick up your shopping up once your car is ready. £15 for a mini valet is well worth the money and for £5 or so extra you get a proper deep clean of the interior. The most professional car wash in the country by far.

I purchased a new car that had been fully valeted by the main dealer. Over the next month, I took my car to shiny for a wash on two occasions. At the weekend, the weather was nice so I washed my car myself and noticed several scratches in my paintwork on the roof consistent with a small amount of grit being rubbed in with the cloth. I have emailed Shiny asking them what they intend to do and surprise, no answer. So the £8 washes are now going to cost me £100 to have my car professionally mopped. Never again, useless morons who really don't care about your car, they just want your money.

Most of the the car was cleaned. However they missed so many areas both on the inside and out. I paid £15 for the clean, and did not expect areas like the front to still be full of dirt marks.
