I have shopped at this argos before and would have to agree with the negative reviews. However, last Friday thanks to Katerina, I was able to purchase a PS5 for my little brother which was unbelievable seen as you cannot get hold of one anywhere! Katerina was so helpful, patient and kind that she went out of her way to locate one for me and for next day delivery!! I even thought it was too good to be true and that my order would be cancelled but no it came. Thank you Katerina thanks to you my little brother will be over the moon on Christmas day!

Terrible customer service and it takes long to be served. Went to this store to collect the order made online. The black woman served us but she completely ignored me during the whole service, she only made eye contact with my partner and it looks like the reason why she did it because my partner is English. Argos, please train your staffs to improve the customer service in that store, most of all, please treat all your customers equally regardless of race, gender and age!

I am review this in a fed up mood as I wanted to go for some groceries shopping and my husband wanted to go to argos for an exchange ( this shop is 45 min drive from our home and my son does online homework on the device ) I was not allowed to enter even if I wanted to go to another part of shop (I had to wait in the door in cold) . And my husband hardly got a refund for the product in Argos as they said online only but online there was nothing available.
They dont understand that some situations are for exempt. I will never step in this shop again.

Worst customer service. I had to return an item as it was faulty. I even got the reference number from the actual brand for it to be returned and every single one had an attitude as they couldn't do their job properly, Awful, should change their staff.

The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.in front of me they were arguing with 2 customers.then I went to the counter I asked them I have a return item you gonna take?
They said yes,I went to the car I brought the return item, they opened the sealed box after they said we don't have space to keep this box,we not gonna take it.i asked them why open my box if you dont take it,they dont have answer,worst staffs. Argos should change management.

This is the second time I have been served by your unprofessional agent called Akta. She never asks you for an email reciept, you can see that all she wants is going home and does not care and just drops your orders in front of you like she would make a favor to you by delivering it. Yesterday I had to ask for my reciept and I got an arrogant face instead of customer service. Same thing happened a few months ago with her when I bought a smartphone she did not want to give a reciept and said it is not possible to give. When I said I do not move she charged me twice for the product and took a long phonecall to finally get it sorted by the call center. I already complained but looks like things has not changed.
Go to other Argos if you want a good service and avoid Akta.

Customer service is awful, disrespectful young girl by name [Riyn] - job title (Duty Manager) and other of her worker young girl very not friendly not well know of customer service. She didn’t help at all even if you are unhappy she will get on you with anger just to prove that she is right!
Don’t suggest no one to purchase from Argos Sainsbury and if you will have problem with your item you wont receive any help, refund or return(Not going to Happen)!. Waist of time and energy to even try.

Good place to collect the item as parking of sainsburys is free... bed thing is staff are new due to new store in sainsburys and small place for argos so less stock holding in store so you can not go and collect some item straight away.
