UK Electrical Supplies

UK Electrical supplies left my order outside and it was taken. There were signs everywhere to say no parcels should be left here but their delivery service ignored these. The order was for a full house of sockets and switches which UK electrical supplies never compensated or refunded me for. Do not purchase from this company.

Ordered 11 days ago, part order delivered, remainder of order still not arrived, 3 emails and still no response, can`t finish job now, customer understandably fed up and costing me money. Had been a customer for 5 years, will be going to TLC now where they know how to look after you.

I ordered 2 shades from this supplier after finding them via the Internet. I ordered the shades and did not hear a thing for 2 weeks, I contacted them and they said there was a delay in one of the shades but they would send out the one. They sent out the one shade over 3 weeks ago and again I have heard nothing since then, so i contacted them again, i was assured that the second shade would be with me by the end of the week. This morning i received a package from the supplier addressed to me with 6 plug sockets enclosed, which i guess were sent in error! The shade i ordered over 6 weeks ago now was not in the package delivered. I called the company straight away and was passed from department to department and was told i would get a call back to discuss why i have still not received the item i bought and paid for 6 weeks ago.The shades are for my home abroad and i will be leaving in 4 days, i have still not heard from the company, extremely disappointed.

A month after ordering (and paying) for lights I was eventually told that the product had been discontinued. This was having already chased via email two weeks earlier when i received a generic 'delays due to COVID' response rather any genuine attempt to locate my order. Stay clear, having bought a lot of lights from various places for a house refurb, this company was by far the worst.

Ordered over one month ago. After a few weeks still nothing arrived. Chased them, was promised deliveries a couple of times, then some items out of stock. Eventually got just over half of the order but still waiting on three items (again missed the promised delivery). Will avoid them in future.

Never answer the phone!

Superb! Found this company via an internet search for a hard to find light switch and ended up ordering a number of items. Was unsure at first as items looked great on their website but were pretty cheap in price (always a worry!) Took the plunge though and was VERY pleased to receive GREAT quality products at prices a LOT less than (for example) B&Q. Quick delivery via DPD as well (tracked with a time slot given) ... very impressed, will use again!

I ordered a number of products from this company. They initially sent an incorrect product amongst my order. When I called they were accommodating and acted swiftly, sending out a replacement for delivery the next day.

Good prices and relatively prompt delivery (3 days), but having received my items it appears that the junction boxes do not come with covers like you'd expect and as they are sold in DIY stores like B&Q etc. Nowhere in the item description does it mention that the covers weren't included. Some basic information such as 'usually purchased together... buy the cover so the item is actually usable' would have been useful! Gave them a call and they said that the cover isn't shown in the picture so we should have known. It's like purchasing shoes online only to receive one and then be told that as there was only 1 shown in the picture it was overly presumptuous to expect a pair. Now I have to spend another £5 for delivery of a couple of 30p covers and wait another 3-5 days... should have just spent the extra money for them in B&Q in the first place and saved a week of waiting.

Friendly Staff. Attentive. Had just what I wanted.

I placed an order of 49 items on 16 May 2018, an amount of £695.96 was debited to my credit card immediately. For 5 days I heard nothing from this store so I sent an email to inquire the status and I was told that my order would be dispatched on the following day. Another 10 days have passed and I heard nothing, so I sent an email again on 2 June to ask if they have already dispatched my order. The reply I got was: "Sorry for the wrong information I have gave you the FBNRJ452 is out of stock until the week commencing the 20th of June. Again I am very sorry for the false info." Till now I have not yet received a final reply from this company telling me what is going to happen with my order. Money for my purchase has been fully paid and the renovation of my new house is expected to complete within the next 7 days. And I sincerely hope my wife and my new born baby won't need to wait for another 3 weeks before we could move into my new house simply because these guys were not irresponsible AND reckon that it would be perfectly ok to keep their customers waiting as long as they like after they have paid for their purchase.

Ordered item on the 6th March, still nothing received on the 17th, called company to be told that they haven't actually got the product and that the supplier hasn't sent it, then promised that I would receive it on the 15th March and still nothing! wouldn't recommend this company if your wanting something in reasonable time especially after paying £6 for delivery!!
