This was the most beautiful Christmas set up I have ever been to! Everything was covered in lights! It was amazing. Some of the animals were out too which was super cool. We saw elephants, lions, seals, llamas, and we even got to see them …

Lovely place! The kids always love it! Good Covid protocols! Felt very safe for the whole family! The care of the animals seems second to none! They make the kids feel special and help them to experience the animals in special ways!

Great variety of animals. It was cold and end of day so they weren't super active but I still had a blast.

While things were closed off for covid it was still enjoyable. Wish there was more employees out and about to do the food carts and help find stuff.

This place is great! The bird area is one of my favorites along with the aquarium area. Great place to go for a stroll. Can’t wait to go back! Lots of hand sanitizer and precautions taken.

Poorly managed gate entrance area, no staff except at gate. No one at ticket booth. Website doesn't say reservations needed on the main page (I see the reservations on the purchase ticket page now, but that's several clicks from the main …

Will always love this place! I’ve been coming here since I was an infant (30 years) but I feel like they really don’t do much or change much at all. I wish the animals were in bigger spaces and that there was new and exciting activity’s to do while being like the Cheyenne mountain zoo but not everyone can be perfect haha!

The animals were out in their full glory, the sun was shining, and we had a beautiful day with our grandchildren! To top it off, the staff was as amazing as usual. I was really impressed with how the staff kept the crowds under control. Great day!

Saddest zoo ever. Small stinky uncleared enclosures. Dirty water, poor babies all looked underweight. Our family had to leave it was so depressing. And then when I asked for a refund they said no, whatever it is what it is but AT LEAST TAKE CARE OF YOUR ANIMALS

The Denver zoo was great. But they need to make a much better habitat for our Bald eagle and Condores. It is pathetic!I am surprised the animal rights org. Has not gotten involved, they should!

Very cool exhibits and animals but some of the demonstrations and feedings were not happening due to covid.

Saw the Christmas lights at the zoo. It was so pretty! Being outdoors it made social distancing easy. The giraffe, penguin, rhino, tiger and hippopotamus exhibits were pretty cool!

So fun to go to the zoo on a nice Monday with the family. Each time we go, it seems a different animal is super active. This time two gorillas were chasing each other and banging on the walls. So COOL!! Last time the elephants were wrestling. Excited to go each time to see what new things will happen.

Good zoo. Overpriced drinks but that was to be expected. We went around 145 and a lot of the exhibits were empty.

This is my favorite zoo. The animals are clearly well taken care of, and they’re constantly updating enclosures and exhibits to make it more animal friendly! They have lots of barricades up to protect us and the animals from catching …

I honestly hated this place. I didn't like the enclosures, they were small, the animals looked sad. Especially the elephants. The swimming area for the hippos was so small, I felt bad. The area for the penguins again..so small and just …

Decided to take the family to the zoo and it was great as far as the rules regarding covid and how to follow the path throughout the zoo, the only down side is there isn't enough people to enforce the rules when people are doing their own …

Denver zoo has done a great job getting the people in despite covid. I actually prefer them having a a path set up for us to follow. We found some little nooks of the zoo we hadn't seen before.

Another great trip to the zoo. Was a little crowded this time being sporting break, but we all had a great time. We suicidal distanced to the best of our abilities and for the most part others did a well. Plenty to set and do and we never get tired of going.

Zoo, I hadn’t been to you since, you know, 12, so when you have a 2 year old, what better place to go, right? And Zoo, you’ve changed! I don’t remember the Beer Carts, the sushi, the kids on a leash (no joke!), the Zoo Lights in the winter, …

Kudos to the Denver Zoo for creating the best possible experience with the pandemic. Tickets are timed in order to limit the number of people, the entire Zoo experience is a one-way-follow-the-arrows-on-the-path walk to limit exposure to …

Always a wonderful experience. The covid-19 protocols put in place made us all feel safe and it was wonderful to see the animals again. Many of the exhibits where under construction, but that was the only negative. Thanks for a great day!

Great zoo! Lots of different animals, big enclosures, good viewing areas, and very friendly staff. There are also lots of member events if you get a membership. The family memberships pay for themselves within a couple visits, and the zoo is definitely somewhere you can go more than once. One of my favorite places in Denver.

This place is huge. The animals were all hidden and ???? asleep. I felt sorry for most of them being held in their tiny cells. Grandkids had fun. Hippo was having fun playing with his ball. So cute. Seals were fun to watch. Over all thumbs ???? up. Gorillas looked sad ????. But they were waving back at the crowd.

This is a nice zoo. The exhibits are designed in a way to provide visitors with a minimally obstructed view of the animals. Very few fences used relative to most other zoos. For traffic was very light in the middle of the week, making social distancing very easy to achieve.

Great zoo. The animals have a good space to move around in and the grounds seem to be well maintained. They also have placed directional arrows to encourage flow of traffic and social distancing. Overall its a great place for both children and adults.

I liked how they are dealing with COVID-19 and making this a one way zoo. Unfortunately there were several animals not out, it was probably due to the huge snow storm that just passed. I will go again one more time when there is no snow and see if it was a snow problem. It took me about 2.5 hours to get through the zoo.
