I understand about having covid protocols, and I freely admit that there is a sign at the entrance that says "Booked appointments only", (my bad for not properly checking first) but after driving nearly 2 hours to get there, a more understanding and less dismissive attitude would go along way to not alienating a potential customer. I'm not saying they should break their rules and just let me wander round to look, but a less short, snappy, and intractable response might have helped me realise that it was basically my fault for not booking, and enable me to accept that a 4 hour round trip was wasted, and maybe I'd book an appointment and drive back another day. That wasn't the case, and I won't be driving back there again.... ever.

An excellent experience all round, reserved the caravan on the Wednesday and collected on the Sunday. Lived up to our expectations and very pleased with our purchase. Alin was polite,friendly and helpful he arrived very early Sunday morning and proceeded with showing us our soon to be new caravan. Would highly recommend !

Good selection of motorhomes, unfortunately we were told that you couldn't hear them start until you made a decision that you wanted to purchase it and put a deposit down. We replied that hearing the engine on a 'motor"home (clue is in the name) was an important part of the decision making process. It may have a superb interior but if its chucking out blue smoke, its pointless. The explanation was something about diesels not starting up all of the while as they smoke.... hmmmmm....we left.

Bought a 4x4 from these jokers, and it broke down after a week. When we took it back the guy spat at me and laughed in my face saying the warranty we agreed was meaningless.
Dont touch these rude cowboys with a bargepole.

My Wife has the most helpful conversation with Jason selecting the motorhomes for our appointment tomorrow (after reading some reviews its very obvious people haven't read the new rules around covid-19 and understood the booking / appointment policy) from the website we had selected 6 possible motorhomes to see and after talking with Jason who listened and got a very good understanding of what our needs are as a family and what we are looking for was able to help us select 4 to see tomorrow. We sold our caravan and decided to upgrade to a motorhome just before lockdown, we are totally excited about getting back on the road.......watch this space we will review again after our viewing tomorrow complete with Masks & Gloves!

We have just sold our beloved motor home to 4 Front. Jason Ferguson came to look at it and gave it the once over and paid us he asking price there and then. We could have got more by selling it privately but this took the hassle of timewasters etc out of it. Very polite and friendly service and I would recommend very highly indeed.

My wife 'phoned them up regarding looking at a motorhome. To say that the bloke on the end of the 'phone was rude and standoffish is an understatement. Another customer lost there, me thinks and, given the manifold astonishingly poor reviews of this company, I would consider that we have been saved by the bell.

We bought our motorhome from ‘4 Front’ last year, It was a fantastic experience, Alin couldn’t have been more helpful.
A couple of problem with it earlier this year, both sorted, under warranty, quickly and professionally by Gary.
Due to a change in circumstances we needed too sell. 4 Fronts’Jason Ferguson offered us a decent price, and came, collected and transferred funds quickly and professionally.
I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Exceptionally rude!
Website and outside signage does not state by appointment only yet the salesperson was aggressive and rude, a lot of customer service training is urgently required. Needless to say we will not be spending our money here!

We did as we were asked and arrived with relevant PPE and a list of motorhomes to view. On arrival after taking time off work, we were told the one at the top of our list was sold and we’d only checked the day before ! We were treated like we were a nuisance and wasting their time. We spoke to Alin who didn’t listen to what we wanted and kept interrupting us. He showed us two vans and then disappeared ‘to take a phone call’. We only saw him again when he was with another staff member. We were shown a couple of vans by a better mannered guy but he didn’t have information on any vans. He did try to help but they were reluctant to let us test drive any. We left as I felt I was being treated like I was wasting their time. We went to a competitor and have purchased our first motorhome spending over £50,000. Don’t waste your time by going here to buy. It seems you get better treatment if you’re selling

Very happy, the staff were very helpful, and very concientious. We had, as advised made our appointment, so were seen by staff immediately. My Dad is 73, they made every effort to help him choose the perfect home from their vast range, we've never seen so many motorhomes. Also the care and attention they have made with regard to covid, fantastic! Really made a difference knowing that everyone would be keeping safe, and wearing masks, and gloves. My Dad is vulnerable so appreciated this immensely.

We visited today, both 50 years old and felt like we were being escorted off the premises!!
We followed all of their guidelines, masked up and stood and waited at the reception.
A sales man came out looking rather put out we were there.
He then explained we had to have an appt and had we not looked at their website? He said we had to fill out a form online with our requirements and they would book us in for an appt should they have any thing that we could buy.
We felt like they only wanted a confirmed sale before they would even talk to us.
Definitely not the experience we were looking for from such a large fronted show room.
Avoid at all costs as I imagine if you do buy from them the experience will not be good.
Oh and don’t forget there is a £99 plus vat admin fee on every purchase ???

We came to look for a separate bedroom motorhome with the intention of making a cash purchase of £50k+ but the arrogant rude salesman who TOLD us we needed to make an appointment to view??? I suggest that this guy be re educated in customer service techniques or terminated forthwith, after all this is not the first complaint against him!!!!

UNBELIEVABLY RUDE!....Visited yesterday, only to be met the the most unhelpful an unprofessional salesman I have met.
We were not wearing PPE as had stopped while passing by and were not aware they had an appointment only policy.
This man shouted at us......shouted he was not interested in selling us a motorhome as he had sold 40 already.....
I don't know how this individual makes his money but it is defiantly not based on his charm.

From the moment we stepped into the place,we felt we were being a hindrance, and that the salesman wasnt really interested in selling us a campervan as cash buyers as he wanted to sell it on finance for the commission, we also felt that some of the Van's weren't particularly clean,we felt that the salesman wasnt interested in explaining any of the functions,when we did ask questions,we simply got one word answers,and felt like he just wasn't interested in anything we said,and also felt he couldn't wait to get rid of us,we will not be spending our money there,we will be going to a professional company
that want our custom and treat us in a friendly and professional manner seems strange alot of the reviews are very similar,maybe the owner should be reading the reviews and sorting out some of the staff,we were really excited to be shopping for our first campervan,but came away feeling very dejected

I think everyone needs to realise we are still in a very difficult situation with COVID 19 and the staff are doing there very best and I can see they are incredibly busy (witnessed this on a Monday !)it’s unfortunate that not everyone can be seen or helped immediately these guys are doing a great job and it’s a shame they having poor recent reviews!
It’s a shame because if you look at the reviews pre-COVID-19 it’s a different story.

Same as a previous reviewer I popped by unannounced and was treated terribly by the sales person basically shouted at and told to leave. What he could have done is explained why he couldn't help me that day, apologise and offer me a date and time when he would be available. Realising that if they can't get pre sales right, post sales support I was likely to get from this lot would likely be poor I went to the Sussex Caravan Centre instead. They treated me with respect and I ended up purchasing from them instead. 4 fronts loss at the end of the day.

Went and viewed a motorhome and it was a dog. Needed lots of bits doing and major maintenance was well overdue. Their reply was it's only a cheap van so won't repair or maintain. £17000 not cheap in my book! Avoid!

Visited today simply to discuss / view motorhomes with a view to spending over £50k, was met by a very rude individual who complained that we were not Covid 19 prepared and had walked into HIS showroom without an appointment. Nowhere was there a sign stating 'appointment only' . He went on and on about not having protection and not using the hand sanitizer at the door. There was again NO sign to draw visitors attention to it , so it was missed. He simply didn't get the fact that we were simply unaware of any of the so called precautions specifically required by this place. He simply would not stop talking about how we hadn't got out of the car wearing gloves and masks. We have them in the car and only got out because we saw him and a colleague outside when we arrived. By the time we had go out of the car they had disappeared inside, neither actually came out to meet us so we stood outside the showroom, looking in , saw this man standing there, so naturally we entered to talk to him.
When leaving , as he had been so rude I asked him whether he actually wanted to sell us a motorhome.. his reply astounded us.... he said' "actually, NO i don't want to sell you a motorhome'" Your loss we thought - we are buying new anyway :-) " He claimed he had sold 40 motorhomes and they were waiting to go out, so maybe thats enough for him. Pitty the people that have to deal with him if they have an issue is all I can say !

We were buying but didn’t appreciate the sales guy’s manner. So voted with our feet and went elsewhere. However we were told lots of times how good he was at his job, how many he sells per day and really he doesn’t need to be nice or customer friendly - so our purchase won’t be missed. 2 stars for central location and easy to find.

Took a 45 minute trip with a view to buying a campervan yesterday only to be met with one of the most disinterested and rude salesman we have ever met. Absolutely no interest from the one at the desk who asked us nothing about what we were looking for and didn't even get up. Just told us he didnt have the keys to the 1st van of several we were interested in and that his colleague had them. The one with the keys who was outside did explain that the one we wanted to see 1st he was already viewing with another couple which was fair enough and if we would wait 10 minutes he would help us. 20 minutes later we gave up. I had read the reviews about lovely service while you wait ie coffee and helpful chat about what you need and had bypassed the negative reviews but sadly I have to agree that customer service was really lacking and after being told when we arrived that All Van's were locked as apparently "people" break stuff like handles which we both commented on as we went out to find the salesman with the keys who then announced "they are really close now" meaning the people viewing. A really disappointing visit and a waste of 2hrs of our Sunday. I have never left a negative review but after yesterday's experience and coming away upset I feel it is warranted

Very bad customer service on the website they have a chat system but this apparently is nothing to do with them ??? On this chat you are not told you have to ring to make an appointment of which we thought we had through the chat . The motor home we wanted to view we were told was still available but when we arrived not only were we met by a bombastic sales man but it was sold and not just then as it wasn't any where to be seen on site this is probably just to get you there we had 50k to spend as had travelled 4hrs when I suggested the sold items should be taken off the site he said that wasn't his job and when I suggested stating on the website that people must phone he said that wasn't his job either

Lovely experience. Very helpful, friendly and efficient. Went in on Saturday to secure the sale and picked up today. Alin, Gary and the rest of the team were great! Would have no hesitation in recommending 4 Front and would not definitely go back to them again if we ever wanted another motorhome.
