Over the last couple of years we have purchased a living room set and family room set from Lori at Austin and Taylor. The service, from sales to delivery, has been excellent. We recently had an issue with one item and it is being replaced without question and very pleasantly. This is above and beyond my expectation and, to me, that’s the definition of great service. Support local business.

Shopping for new furniture can be overwhelming. From the moment we visited Austin & Taylor, we were greeted with outstanding selection, sincere customer service and impressive support in terms of design and fabric considerations. We were so appreciative of Lori's expertise, help and patience as we made our decisions. We were able to share our vision and were carefully guided through possible furnishings to consider. The whole process was most positive from selection, ordering and delivery. We have returned a second time to augment our original purchase and will continue to be customers at this wonderful store. Ordered a custom couch that was supposed to be here mid- February and it has arrived already! Extremely helpful in putting together the total look of the room. Lots of fabric samples and styles of furniture and in most cases for the quality, not much higher in price then some of the stuff the big box places are selling

We have just purchased leather furniture for our home from Austin & Taylor.
We have been absolutely thrilled with our experience. Mariah was our Interior Design Consultant, and she couldn't have been more patient, thoughtful and informative. She has a wonderful way with people. Along the way, we wound up talking to various people at Austin & Taylor, and each person was very kind and helpful. The two men who delivered our furniture today were also very efficient and very thoughtful. And, finally, we are thrilled with the look and the high quality of our purchase.
We highly recommend Austin & Taylor to anyone looking for good quality furniture from a truly caring company.

My experience with Austin and Taylor was extremely disappointing. My family did an massive renovation to our house 2 years ago and we were so excited to buy the final touches to completely our dream home. We knew that Austin and Taylor had a reputable name from staging the dream homes around the London area. But they have you fooled for sure, the furniture is not meant to last its made just to look good. All Austin and Taylor is good for is stealing your money for their expensive products. None of their products are meant to last, we had bought an complete living room furniture set which was extremely expensive as we were told it was built till last. 3 Weeks into receiving our furniture we found it was all piling. We obviously made a compliant to Austin and Taylor and they came out and gave us a ‘shaver’. They told us to solve the problem we would have to shave our furniture. ARE YOU SERIOUS? With spending the money we had on our furniture there should be no reason why you need to “SHAVE” your furniture once week. Austin Taylor is nothing more than an expensive store who doesn’t take pride in there products, customer service or workmanship. With this being said we had ordered a custom dining room table set to fit our dream space. It was custom built by the builder in the store, of course it was expensive because it was custom, it was by Austin and Taylor and apparently “good quality” With that being said it scratch the day we got it by placing a fork or glass on it, not to even mention the chairs are all beat up and destroyed by just the little buttons on peoples jeans. I would avoid doing business with Austin and Taylor, you are better off going to your local furniture store as they will have better quality furniture and you will get a better quality for your money.

Over the past many years we have been purchasing various items from London, ON. location and I have nothing but praise to say about people that work there, customer service is exceptional. My little brother still has the couch that we have purchased at least 10 years ago and it still look good.
When I read the 1 star reviews, it bothers me to see people write so negative about this company. Im sure there is more to these stories...

We bought our forever bedroom suite at Austin & Taylor and are so pleased, we've waited over 20 years to make this purchase and the customer service we've recieved right from the start has been excellent!
We'd like to thank Cathy for all her help, in making our choice and her expert advice. The customer service she provided was top notch!
We also would like to mention; the delivery team was very professional and extremely carefull; they set it up perfectly and looks amazing!
We had a wonderful experience at Austin and Taylor, and if we are ever in the market for good quality furniture, and excellent customer service in the future, they will be our 1st choice.

I ordered a very expensive office chair (5K) in October which was promised before Christmas. I get absolutely no customer service from them having to call to find out the delivery status. I understand that there are things that are beyond control. What I cannot understand is how they can be so dismissive when I call (weekly) trying to get updates, nor do I ever get a proactive call from them. Never again and had I known, I would have ordered the chair through a store in Kitchener.

I have gone into the store on three separate occasions with the intention of purchasing a couch. Upon my arrival each time, I was not greeted by an employee. I browsed around the store for several minutes each time, waiting to be approached by a staff member to aid in my search and answer my questions. However, this never occurred. However, this is ironic, because there always seems to be a group of employees chatting among themselves each time I visit the store. Apparently the sales staff do not work on commission at Austin & Taylor, as they certainly did not want my business. I will be extending my search for a couch to a more reputable store in London with have a friendlier group of employees.

Sub par Quality Products and Worst Costumer Service ever!!
Please do not purchase from this store. We purchased a leather couch about two years ago and the dye started peeling off entirely off certain sports on the couch. It's an obvious defect in the way they manufactured the couch. Not only that we had to wait 6 months for the couch to be manufactured but it also came from china - should have been a red flag. We had a leather expert come to our house on behalf of Austin and Taylor and he even said that this is not normal, but once he saw that we have a dog he immediately assumed that it was because of him. That is totally false. We have taken pictures and asked other furniture stores and they have agreed that this is a defect. They have denied to fix the damage on the couch and the owner was condescending to us over the phone laughing at the idea that it was a defect. Stay away from this store at all costs. They do not stand behind their sub par products and disrespect their customers. It's their loss as we've had relatives and friends purchase furniture from them in the past, so instead of taking care of a $500 defect, they're losing valuable customers. I will make sure to spread this throughout social media this way consumers are aware of their practices.
