Walter stayed here for a week ,he has come home all settled and happy and has enjoyed all the fuss he has had . Cannot recommend this cattery enough ,already got 3 more holidays booked here . Sue and Chris you are amazing . Xx

Ignore name of account it's the kids who made it????. This was my first ever experience of leaving my cats in a cattery, so I was a little aprenhavsive, I was able to go and have a look round before hand which I found very reassuring. My cats settled in very well when left their I received updates and photos and video of them at the cattery and any questions are quickly answered I have booked them in again for our other 2 holidays we have planned within the next year, lovely place run my lovely friendly people would definitely recommend it x

We’ve been taking Toby to this lovely cattery for many years now, we have always felt nothing but reassured that he will be very well cared for by Sue and Chris who are clearly cat and small animal lovers, they are extremely proud of their cattery and rightly so it is purrfect!
Sue and Chris cared for Toby so well and attended to his needs when he stayed a few months following a road traffic accident some years ago. They ensured that he would be safe in a pen where he couldn’t jump from one height to another as he had an external frame on his leg we thought this was so thoughtful and not all cattery’s would have taken on this extra responsibility I’m sure but nothing is too much trouble for Chris and Sue.
Toby is a pretty chilled out cat and always looks at home when I go to collect him, he’s never in a rush to leave his pen and enjoys having his tummy rubbed by Sue every time.

Left my two kittens with them for a week. They came home happy and healthy. Also, the lady Sue is such a lovely person, she was friendly, informative and did a great job reassuring me that they'd be fine as it was my first time leaving them. She'd send me pictures and videos of them whenever I asked for updates and was happy to help.
Would definitely recommend, and I know I'll be using them again in the future.

Since I have Tizzy in my life I woudn't trust her to anyone else apart from this amazing family! Sue Chris Woods is amazing and she looks after Tizzy so well. I can't thank you enough for what you do! Tizzy loves you, I am sure! xx

I have used this cattery twice in the past year and the service has been out of this world. The owners treat the cats like their own and show great amount of love to the cats for them to settle in comfortably. Along with this, the customer service is outstanding. Never have i had an issue with trying to get in touch with the owners regarding any queries. The suites they have for the cats are reasonably priced and food they serve to the cats is the best in the business. I received a video whilst on holiday with my cat having a fab time being. My cat will never go anywhere else other than comfy cats Leicester.

We were a bit nervous about using a cattery, having always used cat feeders at our home. We needn’t have worried, our cat Stanley is treated like royalty and given the utmost care and affection. Absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Comfy Cats, they are fantastic.

I've used Comfy Cat's 2 times now, the best cattery in Leicester. Very friendly staff, Sue is great with our little kitty Luna. They send photo updates when we ask and all the staff listen to our requirements. Very happy with the service from Comfy Cats!

Owners are very friendly , trustworthy and very helpful.
I have tried to accommodate our cat to other catteries, but she did not like it in there . I can only highly recommend “comfy cats” , our cat was obviously relaxed every time when we came pick her up. Huge thanks for being there for us and our “babies”

This cattery is a lovely peaceful place run by a lovely family, it's set in their own large back garden. The family that run it care a lot about their guests, they even sit with the cats if there is a thunder storm. When I collect my cat, he clings on to his pen, it's like he doesn't want to come home! I know my cat is happy there. I would definitely recommend Comfy Cats, my boy has been going there for the last 5 years and he loves it.

Such lovely, friendly and understanding people. Helped to rehome my sisters two cats when her circumstances changed. They ensure your beloved pets are only placed with real animal lovers and you can reluctantly let them go to a home they will be loved and cared for. Can’t recommend them enough, as both a cattery and for the help they give to people in fostering and rehoming pets.

I would highly recommend comfy cats cattery, very clean and good size rooms. One of my 2 cats is scared of everything, but by the second day she was fully settled.
Sue was great with keeping me informed on how they were both getting on. We will be seeing you again soon!

Put simply, this is by far the best cattery I have been to and would not consider sending my cats anywhere else. Sue, Brendan and Chris are such lovely people and their obvious love of cats shows in their care and attention. Nothing is too much trouble, mine have a special diet and I never have to worry.
The cattery is spotlessly clean and they are constantly looking for ways to improve it further, in fact I know they are currently improving the family accommodation, which was already fab!
Those who know me know I don’t usually do ‘social media’ (????) but sometimes you just have to share when something is so good!

Was so worried about sending my cat for the first time, but I had nothing to worry about. The owners are so lovely! Made me feel so reassured that my cat was settling in well. I cannot recommend Comfy Cats highly enough, I now would not choose anywhere else. The cattery is modern, spotlessly clean, warm and luxurious looking. I can’t tell the difference between Comfy Cats and luxury catteries. The owners are just amazing, friendly, courteous, professional and sensible. They listen to you, advise you, and keep you updated on your moggies. They are cat lovers through and through, and their cattery is designed to a standard based on what they would want for their own mogs. Having used other catteries, you really appreciate the quality and superb service provided by this lovely family. My mogs never want to leave; this has not been the case in other catteries. You have peace of mind when your mogs stay at Comfy Cats.

Such a lovely cattery ran by a lovely family. They do all they can to make sure all of the Kitties individual needs are met - it's never nice to leave your fur babies but I know Sue and the team absolutely adore cats and treat ours just the same as they treat their own

Sue and Comfy Cats has our 4 kitties for almost 2 weeks and it couldn’t have been better. The cats were very well looked after and updates on them were sent whenever requested to show how well they settled in. Fantastic service and have already rebooked for our next holiday.

Collected my cat on Friday following her first stay here and is already booked in for two more visits. There is a varied choice of accommodation for the cats and the owners are very accommodating in terms of the food they provide/contact they provide and will be as hands on (or not) as the cats desire!
