Picked up my new electric van almost 2 months ago now. When I collected it there were issues - broken interior trim, speakers 'crackle' and battery was not charging to full capacity. Took me weeks back and forth to try to get a resolution with Brian who sold us the vehicle, but left hanging. Eventually I asked to speak to the sales manager, Shaun Mowbray, who managed to book me with a local dealer (still a 50 mile round trip). However, I arrived and not only did they not have the correct parts to fit (still waiting on that call back 1 week later) but they had no instruction to look at the other issues. So, here I am 2 months on and no further forward. Next time I will try to speak to Paul Tanner and see if he is bothered?

I can't speak highly enough of Sarah Norton and the team here. They gave me a very competitive part exchange figure for my VW Transporter, and made the experience of ordering the new model really enjoyable. Any women buying a commercial vehicle, just go! Sarah also has a stash of chocolate in the cupboard.

Sold a 'clean' van which has damage on EVERY panel (including the roof!) when delivered and only had one key.
We agreed to share some of the repair costs and sort out the second key, but cost us three times what they paid to get it as described.
Then at the point it was too late to reject and return it they also left us high and dry on the on getting the key coded, in the distance we have to travel to get it coded, the time it will take and the cost of the coding.
I will never consider ever buying another vehicle from this dealership, there are so many other dealerships we deal with who will be honest with rather than deceiving you to get a sale!
