After absolutely dreadful service from sales staff at both Lookers West London as well as Beadles Staples Corner, I was eventually contacted by Livia Donici following a fourth attempt to get a quotation. Her service was extremely professional and she was able to identify a vehicle and conclude the sale all within a very tight timeframe. Livia went above and beyond at each stage and I would recommend customers to contact her directly for any requirements. An asset to her team and certainly someone to set an example to colleagues as to how to deal with customers.

Honestly. I dont care about the other reviews. All I know is, my jaguar had a major technical issue. A issue which another jaguar garage could not find and intended to charge me grands to try to fix. True story that. But these guys took their time, worked hard. Found the source of my issue and sorted it with a very reasonable price. Thorough communication, really really professional. Thank you guys.

Took my jag there for a service today. Bearing in mind this is during covid lockdown. They are well prepared and look to be operating safely.  The booking process was easy and found a slot within 2 days of my call. On arrival they were very efficient and professional. I was met by wayne Hamilton who was informative and professional. They also sent videos while the technician was looking over the car. They also sent a link to give you updates on the progress of the service. I collected the car in the afternoon and the collection process was painless and efficient and also provided me with paperwork detailing what was done and also previous service histories. I would definately take it back there for a service.. Many thanks guys keep up the good work.

On Saturday 12th September 2020, I booked to view a XJ Reg VO66 DZC, priced at £24,401.00 spoke to Bhavik, who enquired about my car which I said was a 13 plate XF and he valued it at £7k, we arranged to view XJ at 12pm, upon viewing the car found that front bumper from passenger side was not clipped properly and inner sleave broken which Bhavik agreed could be due to an impact but said not an issue will send to body shop and would be fixed. Then he went to see my car, came back and said a very clean car not a single mark on it, let me get a revaluation, so he went to see his manager, came back and said that manager is gonna have a look at the car, in the mean time we discussed figures, my offer to him was my car and £16k cash plus bumper fixed which I said is, first and final offer and no haggling around it, he said that I think we can work around this figure, upon manager coming back, Bhavik went to see him, came back and said the car still valued at £7k and said as it a £1400.00 difference we can't do a deal, so we walked away. Later at 330pm I got a call from Bhavik to say that he had twisted the arm of his manager and has an offer of, that is, car plus £16,900 cash, I in return said £16,500 so the deal was agreed, went for a test drive, after completing the test drive told him rattle noise from passenger side seat belt retractor, to be replaced, so Bhavik said he would need a £2000.00 deposit today and went to see the manager, came back and said that he would not take a deposit today as his manager thinks that he might not be able to repair the bumper to my satisfaction, will call me in couple of days to update, Tuesday I rang and Bhavik said that the deal cannot be done as they cannot meet my expectations, Wednesday I found car on sale at £25,501.00 . Lookers Park Royal are known for bad customer service at service dept but I found sales no better either, all I would say Bhavik was great but his manager has no customer service skills.

I enquired about purchasing an approved used Land Rover Evoque from Lookers West London and was promptly phoned back and dealt with by Livia. She was absolutely exemplary in the way she handled the sale abd part exchange from start to finish. Everything was done over the phone and online and the car was delivered up to me in Warwickshire free of charge. Livia talked me through each and every step of the online documentation and her professionalism and friendliness was extremely good. So far I am very pleased with the car and hope that the ongoing service I receive locally will be as good as the experience I have just received.

This place is a scam, I sent it in for a service and the car was in warranty to fix some issues. They sent me a video of some of the cables in my car being cut (cleanly by a wire cutter, they agreed on this). The cables were inaccessible unless you had the car on a ramp. I then had to pay to replace a load of parts rather than the car being fixed under warranty. Beware of these guys!!

I wasn’t very happy at all with the quality of the cleaning of my interior. Considering the price of the first year service I would have expected a much higher standard. Other than the windscreen and the dash there was not much that was touched. Also I was told that I couldn’t collect my car on the same day and was told I’d have to wait until the following day which is fine but I was only told this when I dropped the car off so I was a little stranded at the branch location on a working day so I had to organise last minute transport back home rather than working remotely in a near by location until the car was ready. I was interested in a service plan but I wasn’t told about one. It’s likely I probably won’t visit the showroom for my next service unfortunately

It was really bad experience with this site, the lady (Livia)who I had appointment with was very rude and impolite, it looks like she was forced to talk with us, many time she told me if you do not want to buy don't wast my time, absolutely unacceptable behaving, it looks like she was not trained to respect to customer and at the end she showed me a car and when I told her in need to think and search about the car she showed me she went to her colleagues and pointed on us and laughing. never ever again going to this site

Can NOT recommend. No courtesy cars offered due to "COVID" when other Jag dealers around the country are offering them no questions asked. They expect you to drop off the car and walk home? No taxi reimbursement, nothing. Also expect you to pay over 40 pounds for a "COVID Sanitization spray" ontop of your service. This should be done as standard.

I had to visit the service centre urgently as the bonnet release is jammed. They took it in to the workshop, but could not fix it immediately and asked me to book the car in. Unfortunately, there are no slots for 2 weeks, which is not acceptable.

Pathetic response from LOOKERS west London land rover, I have been trying to get in touch with the so called sales executive for 2 weeks now!!! Was inquiring about purchasing a new evoque p300 or p300e for my wife, all I got from the receptionist someone will call you back unfortunately no one did. All I can say now thank goodness they didn't get in touch!!! these people are amateurs and very unprofessional. I will be taking my business down the road to Guy Salmon land rover Sudbury on thames near Costco. Good luck West London Lookers with that attitude!!!!

It is a nightmare. They didn't submit our GAP insurance even we paid for it. Now after 8 weeks they are absolutely ignoring us. We lost thousands of pounds and we need to go to ombudsman. They gave us replacement car but after month of fights for it. Customer service is awful. Our salesperson was Turab we were promised a lot but now he is avoiding us. With our case was dealing Matthew- manager but his emphaty is 0. I spend hours on the phone trying to get some info about next steps etc. As much as it this their huge mistake and we are the victims they are treating us like the worst sort of needy people. Head office is the same. We made the complaint but they are just avoiding us. They are well known for ombudsman and our case is not first.. they have huge problems because of ther misleading sales.

Very impressed with efficiency of booking, arriving and checked in for my cars Mot. Dropped off at 8am, phone call at 1030 am that car would be ready by 1130am. Arrived and guy knew our names (how we had only been there briefly earlier in the day) called out for us to be dealt with immediately. Paperwork ready, paid for Mot, brief run through (no issues) and car waiting by entrance. Excellent customer service.

I bought a range rover sports auto biography dynamic ..the buying process with no part exchange or finance required was terrible. 5 times to get a call back on the vehicle .on the day of collection nothing organised took nearly 2 hours to do a handover and when eventually taken outside damage on vehicle. No attempt to rectify no follow up bought 5 Range rovers in last 3 years but never again from here.

It always goes to get repaired and they are very unorganised and they will not help out what so ever and now my car has engin managment light on !! seriously the worst ever and I will definitely seek professional guidance because this can't be right I bought the car for £40,000 expecting it to last me but after 3 months the car shut down and the problems kept on showing up after that !!

I bought a jaguar f pace r sport 300t in Febuary 2020, (ISV PLUMBING LTD). the front and rear sensors do not work, the engine after a drive whether 10 minutes or 1 hour sounds like a hover craft, the coolant keeps disappearing, I called the geniuses at jaguar service who said due to lockdown I can't have it repaired or looked at, further more the car drives so its not an emergency. I unfortunately I would have to urge potential buyers not to go near this company, the selling process was average, the car was not ready when I was due to pick up, when I first noticed the sensors I phone the sales person who I bought the car from, she never once answered her phone. I'm awaiting to see if they have the professional courtesy, honour to sort out the problem with the car, its a £40000 car and shouldn't have these problems, I previously had a Mercedes benz and I can honestly say their sales and service is miles apart from jaguar, I'm truly sorry I even bothered with jaguar. If all else fails, I think the only alternative after reading these reviews is legal action. Will update if I hear from the Jaguar. Now the coolant regulates the temp and pressure of the engine, if it's spilling then the pressure obviously cannot be maintained, this can cause damage to the engine and cylinders. (they can crack) eventually contacted Beadles JLR Staples Corner, they did the repaird, the water pump needed changing, the sensors were fixed, the sills that were loose, even the windscreen washers. 17-07-2020 The coolant is spilling out of the container well via the coolant cap, and flowing down the road, all this in less than 5 months from purchase, not even taking into account the lockdown meant we could not drive for months. The most appalling customer service and truly diabolical craftsmanship I've seen on any vehicle. The clowns (managers) at lookers Jaguar Land rover, West London have not even called back despite all of these problems, I've had to go to Beadles JLR STAPLES CORNE . 18-07-2020. I decided to take the car to lookers JLR WEST LONDON THIS MORNING. the sales manager Matthew actually wanted me to accept to leave my car for repairs and go away without a replacement car, he didn't even check if any cars were available, when I quoted the warranty he said that's not obligatory. I was determined to leave and issue legal proceedings. The service engineer Sarah, who agreed to carry out the repairs and check the whole car including engine, made the calls and got me a replacement car, Range Rover. This just shows the user contempt that lookers jaguar Land rover sales manager has for the paying customer. The sheer ignorance and stupidity is mind boggling. You would think that lookers jaguar Land rover West London, are getting paid for the amount of paying customers they can ensure never come back to jaguar. Will update on the repairs, going to see legal team on Monday for potential litigation.

Bought a new Range Rover Sport from Lookers Park Royal and it has been a disastrous journey every since. Exceptionally poor customer service. Can't book a service for months. Happened more than once where I turned up and they couldn't take my car. Delays and delays and false promises when the car is finally in. Range Rover are fault-prone cars but these guys are clueless on how to fix. Through exasperation I recently sold the car. Unreal. Save yourself the trouble and stay well away!

I tried to leave zero stars but it didn't seem to be an option. Genuinely the most dispicable customer service I have ever received in my life!! I had my car serviced in January. When I turned up at the agreed time to pick my car up it wasn't ready and I waited an hour for it to be completed. I don't drive the car a lot and so when trying to sell the car a few months later it was pointed out to me that the engine cover was missing. I have since rang many many times to try and get the issue resolved. I haven't even had the courtesy of a call back. Every time I ring the managers are "in a meeting" and they are sent an email which they must just ignore. Anyway I visited the site 10 days ago and spoke to a sales manager who assured me he would handle the situation personally. Needless to say I have had no contact whatsoever. So I rang again today to be told "all of the managers are in a meeting". There seems to be a pattern. What an absolute joke of a company!!!!!!

Worst garage for service, maintenance and repairs in London. They had my jaguar for nearly three months for basic work and I never got a call to update me on what was happening - complete black box. They literally answer the phone one in ten times if you're calling about servicing - I had to call the sales room to speak to anyone where of course they answer every call. It's no wonder they don't answer the phone - they've paid for an expensive service room (one reason why it's overpriced) where there are no permanent phones on the desk so none of the servicing team are accessible by phone and just have calls forwarded to them and so nobody is reachable. Car came back to me missing basic parts like screws and even was dirty inside - clearly no care taken - if I can see that on the outside then I wonder what has gone on inside. They didn't fix the issue, didn't have the parts in stock for ages, and the service team clearly hardly knew the front of the car from the back. Their laid back attitude was also shoddy. When I collected the car they refused to give me a receipt for the work (which was about £1k) until I demanded it as their legal obligation. I had to call Jaguar head office to read the riot act to get my car back in the end. Avoid this firm like the plague if you want your vehicle serviced.

last year Lookers carried out an annual service and MOT and I was quoted £2,529. I objected to this and had to go physically to the garage to question it. After much argument they miraculously dropped the charge to £1,072. I complained to the Motor Ombudsman who adjudicated in my favour back in July and Lookers were required to send me a letter of apology. I still haven't received it in November. If you want decent service go to Beadles Jaguar of Sidcup!

Never ever buy your car from here, its been an awful experience dealing with the sales team. I bought my car with them 3months ago, they said they lost one of the Car Keys on the day of delivery and told me that they have ordered it and it will be posted to me in 15days. I have been chasing the sales person for over 3months now - no replies to my emails and everytime I call them she is busy but does not call me back. All I need is an answer saying it will be ready in 'x' days. Apart from this my service warning light light is been on, since the day of delivery - the promised to book it in so they can get it turned off but heard nothing back.

Just feels like a showroom where no one actually cares !!! I made a visit to view a velar, it took just over 25 minutes before we was seen. The salesman wasn’t so bad however I’ve been chasing him in regards to the vehicle I’ve looked at sent him email with no response called the showroom he’s not available and I asked if someone else could help they refused and said only he’s able to assist. It’s the WORST service and a month later still no call back. If your thinking of visiting don’t bother !!! Save your time and energy and go else where .
