AMAZING! What a fantastic job, we have two very happy pooches. Allison and her brilliant team did a beautiful job of our Shizus post Lockdown! Best hair cut I think they have ever had in their lives. Allison was so attentive and careful asking about any requirements or issues they had. They have come out looking and smelling fabulous and happy- with bows on! Will be back. Highly recommend.

I’ve tried a few groomers in Brighton and almost gave up and thought I’d try to do it myself at home... thankfully Alison was recommended so I gave it a try and I couldn’t be more pleased. Alison is very professional, does a great cut for both Mika and Chewy, where most places have given them a really square face and they would often leave looking really disturbed but with Alison, they look super cute and it gives me great comfort when I pick them up and they’re super happy. Alison’s boyfriend is usually there and they both love him to bits. They take great care of them and do a fantastic job. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Best groomers in Brighton lovely atmosphere, beautiful grooming, caring and educated staff. They gave every detail of how the groom went. My dog was happy when i collected and happy to go in the shop again, which shows this place is excellent with dogs, as he doesnt like to be groomed. I would give more stars if i could. 100% recomend.

Excellent groomers, our Shih Tzu Tyler enjoys going for his monthly trim and brush up. Staff super friendly and Tyler always comes out looking wonderful and smelling gorgeous.

I have brought my Staffordshire Terrier, Roxi, here twice now. Both times I've picked her up she has been very happy and she always comes back looking and smelling so much better. The staff are very friendly and always let me know how she was and even put into consideration that she can be timid around the blow dryer and dry her with a town instead. Highly recommended and I wouldn't go anywhere else with my dog. Great place :)

Good service, even with our little cocker who is shy and can nip-they didn't even need a muzzle. We've used tails at least four times a year for the last couple of years and we don't intend to change anytime soon!

Kim and the girls at Tails did a superb job for Max. They not only groomed him to a standard that most people now consider him a prince but they educated me on his health and even undercut the price of the competition. Well done 10/10!

I took my dog Finley to Shimmers today for a bath, de shed, nail clip, and ear clean the staff were friendly and professional and did a great job, he came back looking and smelling lovely they even put a little bow tie on his harness. If you love your dog, want the best in the city and great value for money, this is the Dog Groomers for you!
