Just wanted to praise Melton ETS. Efficient, friendly and 5 star service. Website easy to navigate, reservation and appointment booking excellent. Thank you for fixing our wheel and saving us the cost of a new tyre. :-)

Got stuck in Melton today my battery died and could not remmember who my recovery was with. So I rung these as I was only round the corner. They come out within 10 min and jump stated me and wasn't even going to charge me. Give them a drink of course. I want having the best of days. But they restored my faith in people and will be taking my car there next time it needs some work

I came in with a suspected slow puncture and they immediately found the nail and had a replacement tyre for me the next day. Excellent, friendly service. Also good mask wearing and hand sanitiser availability, which is so important right now.

Had a blow out on way to work so pulled in at EOS; the bloke behind the counter said we are full and have to come back Monday.
However explained my situation and how far I was from home and he managed to fit my car in and get the tyre replaced!! Very pleased!!!

Honest, polite and friendly. Booked my car in as the washer bottle was leaking...suspected mice may have chewed hose or a split in bottle. Dave called to say the pipe had just come off and there would be no charge ????Have used before and always been happy, would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Normally I have an excellent service but today I was unhappy. I rang them to replace my car battery they ordered it in and I took it this afternoon I was quoted £88 all in. Perfect but they had received the wrong battery so used another one they had and that cost me £95 they didn't tell me any of this until after they had fitted the battery
