Helena Vet Clinic has been taking care of my dog, Lola, for many years. I am very pleased with their service. They are professional and caring. Everything I need to know about my dog’s health is carefully explained to me. I highly recommend them for your pet care needs. Both vets are very knowledgeable and caring. Everyone in the office is so nice and very helpful from the front office to the groomer to the vet techs. My dog and I have had nothing but excellent experiences and wonderful care from Helena Vet Clinic. ❤️

I moved here from Kentucky I have 12 year old lab name Lukey they were so great with him and me. They explain everything with you and you have questions they are there to help. The staff and doctors are wonderful and friendly they me welcome and like they knew me all our lives. Now my little ole man has cancer and they have been wonderful if I have question or concerns after hours they would respond. Luke and I so blessed for have them in our lives.i highly recommend the staff and doctors. We love you all.

We absolutely LOVE Helena Vet Clinic. Our young cats have had several visits in the last year. Two of the visits were for serious issues. We have only had Dr. Stephens as our doctor the times we've been there. Dr. Stephens is incredible.
How he communicates, and truly loves our babies is priceless. Also, very professional and informative. Reception is always very kind, and patient. These folks truly love our fur babies.

My dog received excellent care after she ate several pieces of chocolate. The staff and Dr.Stephens were very kind and make me feel confident that she would be okay. I was only visiting someone in Helena but if I lived in the area I would definitely use Helena Veterinary Clinic for the care if my fur baby.

Wow! I came here for the first time today with my senior dog. We decided to change vets since we moved to the area. The receptionist, vet tech, and vet were WONDERFUL. I have never been to a place where they showed this much care, patience, and attention to my pet.
The staff is young, but don't let that throw you off. Your fur baby will be very much cared for here. I will absolutely be making this my go-to place.

The staff was amazing! My dog was injured by another dog and needed to have her jaw wired back together as well at stitches and other treatment. Janet kept me informed throughout the whole process and I rested well knowing Dixie was in good hands! They got her fixed up and she is back home resting well.

The doctors here are really knowledgeable and caring. It’s obvious they are passionate about taking care of patients. I never feel like I’m being overcharged, and I feel safe bringing my pets here. The reception staff is always incredibly friendly! I think it’s amazing the steps they’re taking to keep themselves and the general public safe by abiding by COVID—19 restrictions and keeping it to curbside service only. Thank you so much for all you guys do!

Best experience I’ve had at a vet clinic. Making an appointment was quick and easy. The staff was extremely kind and ensured all of my questions and were answered and my pup’s visit was explained thoroughly. Dr Allison was great. Very happy I chose this clinic for my new puppy!

We have boarded both of our dogs and most recently had them groomed and their semi annual check ups. 1 of our 2 cats that we rescued was showing symptoms of what we thought was allergies, but turned out to be a virus that was quickly found and treated within only a few minutes. The vet called us and explained everything in detail and answered all the questions that we had about treatment of both cats (since they were rescued together). Pricing is extremely fair and the staff is great!

It's very easy to get an appointment and their hours make it possible to drop off and pick up even if you have a busy work schedule. Their prices are very fair for the quality of service for your pet. They are my go to place for my dog (Coco)!

We changed vets after over 25 years and came to Helena Vet. The office manager helped me with getting out 3 dogs records from our previous vet and arranged our pets visits. During the vet visit the Doctor was on the phone with me the entire time (during COVID) - explained everything including the cost for each test and medication. She answered all of my questions honestly and was great to explain everything. My dog suffers from allergies and previously we were not taken very seriously and told to give large doses of Benadryl even though I explained that does not work for her anymore- it never really did. The most vital part was that she helped me with a treatment plan for my dog. At the end of the visit #1 I was not surprised by the bill- she discussed all that with me as we spoke and #2 I knew the all of the next steps. That was a big deal because where we were before I never had a treatment plan and basically we started over every time we came in. The next day Lucy’s skin was not red, hot, and irritated, she wasn’t chewing on her paws and shaking her head, she wasn’t panting and stressing her and everyone around her out. she was relaxed and calm, and sleeping so peacefully- that hasn’t happened in 8 years for her. The doctor even called me back to go over all of her blood work results. I have never been more impressed with a veterinarian clinic. I am actually a little embarrassed that I continued taking my dogs to the previous vet all these years- had I known the level of service that we were missing and the expertise these doctors offer in comparison to what we had grown accustomed to, I would have moved them many years ago. I look forward to many years of quality care for my dogs.

Dr. Stephens is one of the most caring and compassionate veterinarians in the area. Not only does he thoroughly explain things to you, he goes out of his way to talk to you about your pets condition and the emotions that you are dealing with as well. He truly cares for your animals like family.

I left my 10 month old mastiff over night for the first time. I had no worries because my Labrador stayed there several times before he went to the rainbow bridge. The vet called to suggest a shot versus 2 pills for my dog’s heart worm medication which ended up saving me over $40. I’ll never take Bowser anywhere else.

We have been taking our sweet fur baby Marlin to this clinic since we got him earlier this year. He's a mischievous little kitten and had to have major surgery this past Friday. I could not be more thankful for this clinic and its amazing, caring and professional staff. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vet for their sweet fur baby. They took care of our Marlin like their own, made sure to keep us updated through the whole process, gave us specific directions for his aftercare and he is now at home healing nicely. We are SO THANKFUL for Helena Vet Clinic and its staff for being so wonderful through this process. You can tell they are all dedicated to making sure all the fur babies are well taken care of!

Helena Vet Clinic is above the rest. They have cared for our best buddy since he was 8 weeks old. He is now 7 and has a tremendous amount of allergy issues. They have always been very responsive to his issues, even referring him to a speciality vet when they knew he needed specialized skin treatment. To me that speaks volumes of their professionalism. Dr. Stephens and Dr. Barrett are amazing, as well as Erin and Janet. These are the staff members we interact with most, but every single person we’ve ever encountered there has been like family! We can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for caring and treating our Apollo!

Everyone at Helena Veterinary has just been the best. We have lived here going on 6 years and have had 5 different pets (4 dogs and a cat) under their care. Sadly, 2 of our dogs have passed on, but the folks at Helena Vet kept them healthy and happy for as long as possible. Drs. Barnett and Stephens always answer all of our questions, and I've known Karen for as long as we've been using Helena Vet. She is just so patient and kind and helpful, no matter what is going on. Janet also has a real heart for animal care and has patiently answered my recent questions about my sweet older dog. And talk about responsive, they will work with you in any way they can for appointments, medication, whatever the need is. Always return calls. Just can't say enough good things about all of these folks!

My dog had been attacked. I pulled into their parking lot. I had no idea they were closed for lunch. They took my dog and saved her! They managed to keep me updated on every issue. I can not recommend this practice enough!

Dr. Barnett & her team are extremely kind and thoru. They have our girls best interest at heart. Dr. B gave me her time to explain our dogs condition & what the best route to take. Rose, the vet tech, was extremely friendly & clearly loves animals. Even with a mask on, you can tell she was smiling. We will use them again!

First visit with my 7 week old puppy. I was very impressed with the staff. They did a very thorough check on her. They were very friendly and excited to help her. I honestly could not imagine taking my baby anywhere else. I moved about an hour away and refuse to go anywhere else. Any time we need something, they are so quick to respond or get us in.
Both Dr. Stephens and Dr. Barnett always know what my pup needs and they get her fixed up! The whole staff from Janet to Karen and too many more to name, they are the literal best!!

I’ve been to Dr. Barnett twice so far to check on my cat who likes to overgroom and rip open healed wounds. She is always so clear on the best treatment for him and though I don’t like taking him to the vet I know he’s in good hands with her. I took my pet for his first visit during COVID times. They had drive up service. Registration was easy enough. Sadly, it meant no interaction with the vet. Our previous vet retired and we loved him dearly. The kind of vet that grew up on a farm and loves animals is what I've struggled to find since. I couldn't tell you the vet's name here. My pup was fine when returned to me and is up to date on vaccines so I suppose it's okay.

I don't even know where to begin explaining how amazing HVC was with our baby. Our poor baby was injured pretty badly requiring oral surgery and a lot of TLC. The staff at HVC was very friendly and so helpful! They took excellent care of our baby Chief and were in contact with us during the entire process making sure we were always in the know and making sure we were able to afford our Pups care. I couldn't be more grateful for having the opportunity to work with such an amazing caring staff from the Hospital Manager Janet being so kind and transparent with us to Dr. Stephens dedicating his after hours time and personally calling us after the surgery to let us know how Chief was doing. Needless to say I would recommend HVC for anyone seeking any care for their beloved pets. I am forever grateful for this Clinic and I can guarantee you it is where my Family and I will be seeking out our pet care!

I had the best experience at Helena Vet. It was my first visit and they were able to work me in that day for our sick kitten. The whole staff was so sweet and compassionate. With all the COVID restrictions, only curbside services were available but the staff did an amazing job relaying information to me with multiple phone calls updating me while I was waiting.
