Lots of cars under a roof and open space. Convenient location. Ample customer parking. I think it would get super busy on weekends so better to visit in the morning or evenings. It really is a Giant!

Unfortunately the sales agents are not clear enough when they are selling to you the additional products everyone is asked at stage of purchasing the car. Very good at pointing out the key benefits and very bad at disclosing important information that may impact you further down the line. I would also recommend sourcing your own finance as the APR on their recommended third party providers is at higher market rates. Overall experience was positive!!

I went in today to check out a mercedes a class they have good prices BIG range of cars it was so big we were there for hours. Once you give your licence you can view whatever car you like. Their customer service is on point they were really friendly and helpful they made good points and I roughly had an idea about financing a vehicle. I need to specially thank Noelle and Dardan. Everyone was professional. All staff were wearings masks. I’ll be visiting again.

Busy place on weekends! True everybody knows! But company's need to improve maybe more commercial seller's , and departments steps costumers needs to follow on purchase deal. I see and experience some big periods of waiting times between some departments! Loads costumers boring for waiting and waiting!

Please don't take it wrong or bad feedback review ! Take it needs to improve the costumer experience to another level ! The costumer be happy with all process! Yes is important very important! Because next time costumer will think about experience! You guys know better then me the experience costumer needs! To comeback again make business.

The prices are by far the best but what’s even better and in my opinion outstanding customer service is the after sales department.
I had some issues and right from the start Car Giant dealt and put right the issues I’ve bought new cars from prestige dealers and they don’t offer the same after sales generosity you get from Car Giant I cannot thank them enough.

I was just about to take delivery of a car from Car Giant when I decided to do an HPI check, It turned out the vehicle had had its mileage reduced (clocked) by twenty thousand miles not far short of Sydney Australia and back in terms of distance reduced, there was a red mark against the vehicle. I demanded a refund which was paid, however I foolishly assumed Car Giant were not aware of this issue when they bought the car, to my astonishment the vehicle went back on sale with no mention of this issue, stating a mileage is 'unverified' on the purchase contract in tiny letters is not acceptable. This is incredible serious because when the vehicle is purchased it will subsequently be almost impossible to sell unless at a junk price. This incident shows that car giant lack integrity and are not afraid to risk there reputation using deceptive means to sell a car they know has serious issues. I informed trading standards to protect others from being deceived and potentially misspending thousands of pounds.

So many cars! I'd recommend doing your homework before you go so you don't get overwhelmed with the choice. The process is pretty slick, the moment I said I was interested in car they took my details and gave me the keys to check it out. When I was ready to purchase they whisked my car in for an estimate and made an offer as we confirmed the details. No hard sales talk, everything was easy and relaxed and done at my pace.

I tried to buy a car from Cargiant but it was total disaster! At the first time the car I that booked was sold to someone else, which I checked it physically at the facilities. I managed to see this car quite late, around 21:00 but couldn't decide to buy it at that time since I had to speak with my partner. When I spoke to my partner later in the evening I booked the same car again, webpage let me to do it, then next morning I called Cargiant and I said I am coming to buy it, but apparently they sold it to someone else. Just before I came in.
Then I checked a very similar car and decided to buy it. Instead of trusting Cargiant I took the car to an independent garage and the guys immediately said it had a problem with the fly-wheel, which could cost more than £1500 min in a year or two to fix it. Than I returned the car back. Car giant said that they also have their own mechanics team. Which one would I believe in: to an independent one or to Cargaint's claims? It is also strange that next week the same car went back to market again and sold for the same price. I feel sorry for the person who bought it!
Anyway after a week break I liked another car from Cargiant and went to see it. I was keen to buy this one as well but the sales person said I won't have the same 24 hours return policy right if I am buying it. Their excuse was I used it on the first time. This is not declared anywhere in their webpage and the agreement documents that they forward to you when you reserve a car.
This time they only offered me a test drive option. The offered test drive was just for 7mins in their facilities where you can't drive faster than 5/10 mph. So if you want to buy a car from this dealer think carefully. They are so dodgy!!!!
I bought a similar car from another dealer after putting to much effort to buy one from Cargiant. At the end the one I bought from an official brand dealer is cheaper and comes with warranty and lifetime free MOT service.
Please think twice before buying a car from Cargian, and if you really want to risk it take the car immediately to an independent car service to check it.
Two weels of trouble and total disaster! I just felt that I was a number for Cargaint, and if you had a problem with the car because of the return policy they don't care about the customers time lost in this process. Next please, is the attitude!
Also the sales team is not great! What does it mean "your wife won't care about the cars, it is you who will drive it? You are the man". It is sooooo sexist, not acceptable at all!!!

Most of the staff are very friendly and nice.. but the gentlemen who served us was very moody and just wanted us to choose something quickly and pay. Cars are generally over priced and on top of that they add a £200 fee!! They offered us a very high interest rate, a lot higher than everyone else. We did find a car and the only thing that put us of was the moody sales person.

Good place to go if you find the right car there. Nice to be able to see and sit in different cars to help decide which model you want if upgrading. Only downside is their px prices but you can simply sell to we buy any car . com and get slightly more.

Purchased a car from Car Giant, consistent lies and disappointment leading up to collection, the car was not fixed as promised before collection and we were not informed even though I was about to drive 80 miles to collect, they didn't inform me of the car not being ready and clearly continued to lie as to why and what the issues were. The customer service was disgraceful, as the manager said 'we sell cars like lollipops' so we don't care.

Do not take out extra car warranty from this firm when you make a claim they do not pay out had Gold cover warranty say AA cover it is not AA COVER it is motorway direct had a leak with coolint in my car does not cover it because it is not mechanical they will give you any reason not to pay out please stay away from the Warranty cover .

Embarrassing pressure selling by CarGiant staff which was trained in few basic sales techniques.
They have scanned my ID and Drivers Licence even that I told him I do not allow that. They obviously lied to me, for which I reported them.
On my second visit, the salesman offended me, calling me "an
Eastern European". He was trying to sell me expensive BMW in poor condition.
He also claimed that it is perfectly legal in the UK to have 4 different tyres fitted on each wheel. All 4 worn below the limit.
Highly advise to cinsider before entering this bolier room to buy a car.
To Car Giant staff - keep your PR responses to yourself. I reported you once, I will not hesitate to do it again.

Bought a Toyota auris (BJ67UJN) from them they showed me pictures of outside the car where it had scratches on zom video Call I ask them what about inside the car they told me there is no pictures of inside the car which means there is nothing wrong with inside than when I went to pick the car up inside the car was full of scratches I didn’t tell them anything I just left it I collected the car and drive home when I got home I realise the car also didn’t have navigation and cruise control even tho car giant website and the person I talked to on zom call told me it has cruise control navigation so basically I was mis sold a car than when I called car giant to return the car they told me they are fully booked till next week Tuesday and I can bring it in Tuesday and told me I can continue using the car until than when I got there the gentle man working at reception took the car back and told me you will receive full refund as we mis sold the car to you so I left car giant and went home after few hours I received phone call from rude man saying his working for car giant and they are going to deduct money from my refund as I used the car even tho this all was there fault !!! What a con company
