Went to get my winter tyres swapped with summer. This is normally a simple job, but every single fitter always messes up the front wheel balancing. No such issues here, the car sits very well on the road and no steering wheel wobble.

If I could have rated it more I would have. Talk about exceeding expectations!
I had previously been to National Tyre twice, for help me fix the fact that 3 tyres we're slowly deflating. That they fitted.
Luckily someone recommend ETS, so I called the one in Leicester. Had a great conversation on the phone and they had time to fit me in there and then.
I spoke to Paul, who was not only a good mechanic, but also explained and demonstrated where the problem was and promptly fixed it. His customer service was fantastic and I felt my car was in trusted hands.
Being a single women, sometimes needing help with car things is a bit daunting. But now they have my custom for ever more.

Rang, checked tyres I wanted were in. Dealt with politely on the phone. I drove straight down, no wait, 3 fitters straight on it. Free drink , comfy waiting room, by time drank drink all done. Fair price. As always excellent.

Excellent service, I went there after being to many that messed me around guessing what the problem was and wasting my time. ETS tested my car, told me what the problem was,ordered the part and in less then 2 hours,my car was back on the road in perfect condition. I would recommend my friends and family to go to them.

Top service at a good price. Took my car in to get the exhaust replaced. Straight on the ramp, heavily corroded exhaust but wasn't a problem for them. Think the whole process took less than 30 mins.

The guys at Eden Leicester were extremely polite and helpful. They delivered exactly what I was asking for and made suggestions on additional options which were well recieved by me.
